May in Webkinz Classic is all about flowers, and this year, we’re also making it all about Mom! Who doesn’t love picking flowers for Mom? That’s why, starting May 4 (AFTER the update) until May 31, you can look for floating tulip bulbs around Webkinz Classic!
Deluxe players can find the floating tulip bulb up to twice a day, and free and full players can find the bulb once a day! Click on the bulb to earn a random prize. You can either earn some beautiful tulips to decorate your pet’s yard, or, because that naughty little Robin Plushy snuck out of the Chocolate Eggs, you might win this cute plush!

Off topic, but we didn’t get our Deluxe Monthly Gift Boxes this month?
I have not received my deluxe boxes, either. I wasn’t looking for them yesterday, being Sunday and all, but I thought for sure they would Show up by noon today.
I thought so too. Usually I get the Deluxe Box on the first and then have to wait a day or two for the points to show up. My points registered yesterday but still no box so far.
Hi, I had not received my deluxe boxes either, I checked this morning it was in my dock. I have a feeling it may have been delayed as the extra Retro Rainbow Theme Gift Box was added as well. ~ shelkinz67

Does anyone have an extra superfan flooring from the clubhouse event? I got the wallpaper but not the flooring and the room looks a bit weird with floorings from other themes. -pinkbluerainbowgirl

Not sure where to put this question. I bought a year deluxe membership yesterday and it said I got a bengal kitten, pegasus and a 2022 super deluxe item. I got hte kitten and pegasus but not the super deluxe item. What do i do?
Did you buy it as a code? It will be awarded to the account it’s redeemed on. If it’s not a code, it will be awarded once your current membership runs out and the new one is applied.
I Also bought this pack, but I can’t find my pet codes. I’ve looked in my email, order history and active memberships but can’t seem to find them. Will I receive my codes when my old membership runs out??

Yeah, I thought it was just me? Actually, Webkinz has been glitchy for me all day & Webkinz Next doesn’t even load. Sad since I need to type in several codes. =P
I had the same issue on Webkinz Classic and Next where I was experiencing many glitches on both platforms. I emailed support and they told me to clear my cache for both apps and it worked! This is what they told me to do: “For the technical issues we recommend that you clear your cache for both platforms:
Clearing Cache for Webkinz Classic
PC
If the Desktop App is not working for you, we recommend that you clear local cache by going to this folder location (in Windows File Explorer) on your PC – %AppData%\Webkinz\Cache\ and delete all the files in this folder. Once done, restart the Webkinz Application.
MAC
If you are a Mac user, this would be the location to clear your cache ~/Library/Application Support/Webkinz/Cache/. Delete all the files in this folder, and restart the Webkinz Application.

-Load the game
-Click on Options menu in the top right corner
-Click on ‘Reset Game Cache’
