Do you use a program that knows the ages of the players to chose the Adds they see ? Because if you don’t I think the Feisty Pets are a bit scary for kids.

so glad I haven’t seen these on my ads :O it must be a regional thing. I get lots of other annoying ads that have little talking, loud things going on that slow down my games. I wish they’d disallow animated or video ads *sigh*
I agree! Who would buy such a thing? I think they are awful.
I am glad someone has already spoken out about the Feisty Pets. I don’t think this is in the best interests of Ganz to promote through advertising. Nasty little things that I certainly won’t buy for the children I know!
If you screen shot it and send it in to Customer Care, they will investigate and pull it.
Salley and Michiel Webkinz, why haven’t i gotten Coral Cove prize boxes even though it says i’ve one? At least ten times in last thirty days yet no Coral Cove boxes. It’s not right, spending hours in the clubhouse and never getting the boxes i was suppose to. I know your going to say contact customer service but they Never re[lied to any of my requests before.. 4ulittleone2

It has been doing that for quite a while. I have won many over the last few months, never get the prizes, and it logs me out immediately. I have posted this before and others say they have the same problem. Hopefully it will get fixed one day.
Thank You so much for replying to me!!!! I try to go to the vacation island everyday and it is do frustrating not getting box after waiting and waiting and checking my dock. At lwast i know now i’m not alone in experencing this. Hope they fix it soon. Kinda pointless to be spending an hour everyday in the vacation clubhouse if they’re not going to give us our boxes we’ve won.But if you see me in there please friend me, i always accept invites and my name is 4ulittleone2.. Im vety excited about this item!! My little sister loves peacocks so I’m glad I have a second account with Deluxe :D Hopefully I can find more in the trading rooms so she can create a whole room full of peacocks! I haven’t yet received my May Deluxe box on my second account, just the Cozy Condo box it looks like? I’m afraid to use Contact Us and not get a response like my last two issues; what should I do? -walczuk11
