Hoohoo! Hello my fellow citizens of Kinzville, it’s your mayor, Dr. Quack!
I just love getting out from the formal confines of City Hall to meet my fellow citizens out in the open. That’s why I will be visiting the Kinzville Park from Thursday, March 1st until Thursday, March 8th. Why don’t you drop by and say “hi”?
I will also be giving out a gift box each day for those who visit. Inside, you’ll find one of these fun prizes, made up from a HUGE pool of previous prizes!

Would like to participate in coming events, but sadly it’s tough. We returned to Webkinz after a number of years, (and more children in the family) only to find that now, with a full membership, the game is nearly unplayable. It runs so slow that it interferes with proper play of games and the Kinzville Academy classes. The constant ads prevent full participation in clicky events because the ads make it so you can’t click on floaty’s and it goes so slow. We want to adopt more pets, but have to the conclusion it’s not worth it. We cannot even finish a challenge. The challenge for the Founder’s statue and others simply will not recognize that we have done them. I don’t mind saying that this is a shameful business practice. It’s not practical to expect everyone to be “Deluxe” members. Full members are PAYING members. It’s just shameful. Plus we have seen very inappropriate ads on the full account. A close member also has a Webkinz account, they are deluxe and suffer none of these issues. I understand that as a full member, certain games, events, activities are unavailable unless you are deluxe. But to treat Full Members this way is terrible.
If your challenges are not being completed correctly, please contact webkinzsupport@ganz.com — they can advance you through. Some of the challenge issues are especially related to older accounts, as some of the challenge trees were changed. If you still have the old versions, it may cause some issues. If you encounter ads you find inappropriate, please send a screenshot to ganzworldsupport@ganz.com. Full members have the option to turn off third-party ads through the parent account.
Ok thank you for that info. We love Webkinz and just want to enjoy it fully.
I always use an adblock, and just temporarily disable it to participate in “ads on” events. It’s pretty much the only way you can get the game to run properly.

please fix the miracle tonic smoothies been trying to feed one to my pet when her hunger is at 0 and it doesn’t work
Same problem. Would be nice to use it after the pirate ghost when two levels at zero. Hopefully it will get fixed soon!
Hi, Dr. Quack, First I want to thank you for the miracle tonic, but my pets don’t like it when I make the potion and it comes out like quck they say it dont look good,,,so when are you going to fix the stuff,,,or is there a new recipe that I have not seen I just mixed up pumpkin,tomato, and your tonic and not so good it was not quaggy smoothie,,, is there a special stove we need to use.thank you
Did you use Farm Fresh pumpkin and tomato that you grew yourself. WShop pumpkins and tomatoes don’t work with the tonic.

Cocoa99 – you need to use the blender. The stove always turns it into gak. Use the blender with store food or farm fresh and it should work.
I am newer even when I get extras I know I can find a home for each . Why cant you inagin the lil bobble as Doc inspecting Easter Eggs . Or being surprised by a Leprichan sitting on a patch of clover.
These are great prizes! But…there are 13 prizes and only 8 days to collect the gifts. I hope I get the ones I don’t have yet!
Hi there… I wanted to ask you guys at Webkinz if there is anything you can do to review or update your censors on naming. I’m pretty sure I’m not allowed to say the name of the pet here, but while looking through the recent high scores and achievements to see if I made it in with a good score on a game, I noticed someone who apparently had gotten around your naming censors. Sadly didn’t think to snap a screenshot, just wanted to make you guys aware of what was going on.
