Each time you adopt a new Webkinz pet, you’ll find a random Exclusive Item inside their gift box! You can also earn an Exclusive Item by saving up your Wish Tokens and depositing them into the Wish Machine at the Wish Factory!
As of October 23rd, 2019, when you open your pet’s special gift box, you may just find one of these 3 NEW Exclusive Items inside: a Painted Glass Window, a Suitcase Side Table, or a Charming Patio Tile!
If you can’t wait for one of these new prizes and you’ve been saving up your Wish Tokens, you’ll also be able to pick them up at the Wish Factory!
If you missed out on a prize from one of our previous Collection Events, you will soon have a second chance to get it in the Wish Factory!
We are re-releasing 11 former Collection Event prizes as Wish Factory wishes. If you’ve been saving up your Wish Tokens, you’ll be able to pick them up at the Wish Factory on October 23, 2019!
To make room for the extra stock, we will also be retiring a couple of items. You’ll have until October 22nd to pick up the Haunted Painting and the Moon Rover before they are retired!

I love the new prizes! I just wish there was an easier way to get the tokens or if everything didn’t require so many. In fact, I’m not even sure how you get the tokens.

I love all three. The tile is my favourite because the detail is exquisite.
I’ve been playing Webkinz for a really long time and only have 30 wish tokens. I never get any and I want something that costs 100 tokens.

I really hope that the wish factory gets fixed before Oct. 22 I really would like to get the items that is going to retire. I cannot add any tokens without having to get out of webkinz and then loging back in for EACH token that I want to add. I do not have the time or patience to do this. PLEASE fix the wish factory.
I AGREE, I’m sitting on hundreds of tokens in my dock because I DON’T have this kind of time to wait for it to accept them in the factory. It’s insanely slow and tedious. Why after all this time is Ganz using all it’s resources on CREATING instead of FIXING and REPROGRAMMING the game.

Ah, wow! That’s pretty awesome! ^-^ I gotta admit that Charming Patio Tile caught my attention and I’ll be sure to pick it up when it’s available hopefully! I think it looks pretty gorgeous and adorable! Oh, and I like the Painted Glass Window as well! I think it’ll look fitting on several rooms! And ooh, that’s nice to know more former collection prizes will be available for the Wish Factory as well! I know there are some I want to get more of, hehe ^-^ Thanks for the reminder!
