Hi, sorry that this is off topic but why did you guys start deleting accounts that have only been inactive for like 6 months? Didn’t it use to be that they would be archived after like 7 years but never totally gone? I never saw the memo about the change and one of my accounts got deleted after 6 months. I emailed Ganz and they said it was gone. So there’s nothing that can be done about that now but for the future I hope you guys will consider switching back to archiving the accounts for retrieval upon request, instead of outright deletion.

Yeah, the deletion happened a while ago, I just remembered about it because I miss my account. I still think that 6 months is a pretty short amount of time considering how much money some people have spent on their accounts. It shouldn’t matter if an account is currently “free” when it’s accumulated so many purchased pets and stuff over the years. All I’m saying is to please consider changing the deletion policy. It would be nice not to have anxiety about my accounts while going through chronic illness and depression.
