Get ready to start collecting Acorns September 1st! To access your collection, open the THINGS TO DO menu and click on the link to KINZVILLE. You’ll see the Acorn Collection icon next to your map. Click on the icon to open your collection.
Every day you’ll get one FREE Acorn just by clicking on the icon (Deluxe Members get 2 FREE Acorns a day), but you can ask your friends for 5 more daily. You can also look for the floating Acorn on WebkinzNewz.com and click on it to have it added to your collection.
Collect all 50 Acorns to win the grand prize, a Fall Fair Fridge , but you’ll still earn prizes along the way:
Don’t leave your Collection to the last minute. Each time you collect 50 Acorns you’ll get the chance to play through it again!

None of our accounts got the free acorns when we clicked on the icon. We did receive the free one from the WKN floaty, but nothing in game. A few others I know also had this problem, so maybe it needs to be turned on? :)
I hope I can get the ferris wheel, like the one I got playing Webkinz Friends ages ago. With all the trouble getting complicated rides to work, will the ferris wheel actually give the pets a ride? I sure hope so!

The prizes are mediocre, I suppose. I much prefered the tree prizes and these seem a little bland, copying off other items, but, they could be worse… I am not one to complain, but they are not my favourite… I usually LOVE the fall and winterfest events all the same :D

I don’t mind another fridge at all, especially because this one will look just right in the Fall Fair I’m designing. I can always think of something to do with the things they give us. And if not, you can always sell them for kinzcash or trade for something else.
