I would eat each of those foods and LOVE them. I make Kale Chips in the oven. Tear the leaves off the thick whitish stalk in he middle, put the leaves on a cookie sheet, spray the leaves with some olive oil spray, sprinkle a little salt (and garlic powder too if you like garlic). Bake at 325 for 20 minutes. They are crispy like potato chips and HEALTHY. We are crazy for them at our home.

if you’re into spicy food, a pinch of curry powder is awesome on kale chips!

Thanks for the usggestion taliruq I don’t actually like spicy foods but I’ll tell people who do :)

Oh, I like spicy foods, but I don’t always like the taste of curry powder, depends on how you use it. I like hot sauce to actually mix with the eggs, and (my secret ingredient that ensures tenderness) vinegar, in egg mixtures when you are breading chicken, and if you add the right amount, it add just a hint of spiciness, that really goes well with the food! :) And then there’s that ‘I want to taste the hot, spicy pepper!’ feeling you might have, and then you can just take regular chicken and pour some hot sauce on it! :) That’ll do it for ya! lol! :) But I also like sweet stuff a lot, and sour, and (surprisingly, but then its only if it is chocolate lol) bitter, and savory flavors, so I have a wide range of likes for food. :) You know, I was like, two or three when I first tried hot sauce on anything, my dad was having it on chicken, and I wanted to try some too. Now, for all the other kids under this roof, this trial had ended in crying and water-drinking (sad. :() but for me, I LOVED it! I am still surprised looking back on it! :) I (being older now) would have expected me to be freaked out and crying, but I was able to taste the flavor, not just the spiciness, and appreciate it! :)

I must be one of the only ones here who does not like kale. I can eat pretty much any other vegetable, but I simply cannot stand kale. (I would try the tofu burger though. It looks yummy.)

    • playnowpuppy says:

I know a ton of people who don’t like Kale Fracktail so don’t worry you’re not the only one :) I like Kale don’t love it but It’s a great healthy food to munch on :)

I didn’t like it at first but after trying it a couple of different times i learned to like it and now it’s one of my favorite veggies. The stalk is very bitter so if u do try it again, only eat the leaf part. You might find it more enjoyable.
