Hi, I have a problem. I know someone who’s account has been hacked by their cousin. Their cousin said she was going to change the password so the real owner of the account cannot get on it, she wants the account to be fully hers. I do not know this person out of Webkinz World, and even if I did, I still wouldn’t know how to help her. I’ve tried very kindly to convince her cousin to give back the account and tried to explain to her what she was doing is wrong, she cannot take somebody’s account. She didn’t care, she claimed she was perfect and could do what she wanted. I don’t know if there is anything I can do, but can anyone help me? I feel so sad for her and I have no clue what to do to get her account back! :(
That’s terrible!!!!!!!!!! Did she already change the password? If not, you may be able to swiftly change it first. And also, you should try emailing customer service about it. I do hope you can fix this!!! rofl, wow, she said she was perfect? *whistle*
