Special Report With Mandy Webkinz

Hey guys! Mandy Webkinz here with a special report on Sophie Stockwell visiting Campkinz!

I was so excited this week when my friend Sophie invited me to help her get ready for her visit to Campkinz! Sophie works hard at Ganz eStore, but one of her favorite things about her job is getting to help take care of all the fish at eStore. Sophie has always had an interest in marine biology and this year she is sharing it with campers as a visiting counsellor. Sophie will be helping campers learn to spot Lil’ Fish. From July 4 to 31, Lil’ Fish will be floating through Webkinz Newz and Webkinz World.

Sophie asked me to help her get set up. She found an awesome unused space in a Lighthouse that made the perfect spot. Lighthouse wallpaper and flooring are available from eStore. Sophie has collected some cool samples over the years that she wanted to show off in this room. There are a few pieces from Sheldon’s Souvenir Shack on Vacation Island. She’s also collected some beautiful glass tables that let campers see fish up close, as well as a lovely coral couch and clam seat!

Of course there are work stations where campers will be able to study samples of shells and artefacts they collect.

Of course, if you’re serious about marine biology, then boating is important. Sophie is storing canoes for the campers to take out on their search. Don’t forget to always wear a life jacket!

I think we’re just about done and Sophie is ready to start helping campers spot those fish! Let us know in the comments what you think of the room we set up and if you see a Lil’ Fish in Webkinz Newz or Webkinz World, let us know in the comments what you won!

Thank you for this, Mandy. I’m loving the wildlife-watching events you’re doing!

Curious why you would want to store the boats in an upper room in a lighthouse. Carrying them up and down stairs really isn’t safe (and hard work)!

Nice Idea but back to game. Will ALL the fish be floating and HOW MANY can we collect each day Deluxe and not ?? I like the idea of Marine Biology. An Ocean Cam was down there a year . Watching fish is very calming I wish the OCEAN CAM was there forever since seasons change in the oceans also. Watching Coral SPAWN and Ocean VENTS grow to me it would be so cool . Imagin watching deep ocean and watching the twilight for BIO LUMUNESENT creature. I have been to Puerto Rico Bio Bay before Maria hit. I hope the trees survived to protect these diniflagulents . The glow like living PIXIE dust . It is so very beautiful and a true bucket list to see item.

1 item missed in your room above is the candy dispencer with living CORAL inside . I t would look awesome in a classroom and bring movement like the table has moving fish and the Aquarium bag also .

I almost forgot St Thomas has a HELMUT dive you can walk under the ocean 25 feet with this helmut on . It is dome shape and very comfortable you can even move your hands up to adjust glasses. Walk quite a ways and be surrounded by all kinds of fish in their home. no special outfit just your own swim suit. The helmut is fed air from above the ocean by a small generator. There was 2 people with 1 man above to watch out and a guide under water.

I guess I’m confused about the visit to Campkinz. Where is that? Will this be a room in the Clubhouse that we can visit like the other rooms Sophie shows off? Or, is this a place I have yet to discover?

Is this going to be an actual room we can visit in the clubhouse, because this would be a very interesting to actually let our pet pretend to go to campkinz!

I like how you think ~lilicat9! But I think that we will just see floaty clicky fish according to the schedule that they posted in a previous article and win one of the listed prizes. Which is still cool, but not as cool as camp!
