Hi everyone, Steve Webkinz here. In today’s special report, I’m going to take a look at some specialty storage items.
For those that don’t like a lot of clutter in their Docks or rooms, storage items can offer the perfect solution for keeping everything neat and tidy.
When we first launched Webkinz World, the only storage items we had were toyboxes and fridges. Since then, we’ve expanded to allow wardrobes and closets to store clothing. We also have “Swatch Closets” that can store away Wallpaper and Flooring. While most are only sold at the eStore, the Samples Style Cabinet is available for KinzCash in the Storage subcategory of the WShop!
If you have a lot of coupons cluttering your Dock, the Ganz eStore has a Couponer’s Chest of Drawers to help you store them away.
This past St. Patrick’s Day, we gave away a Lucky Coin Box, which can be used to store away all of your collectible coins!
We now also have 2 garages which can be used to store away some of your pet’s favorite vehicles! The Tie-Dyed Garage is sold at the eStore, and the Garage Shed was given away as a prize to members during our June 2018 Deluxe Day!

*Please Note: We are aware of the issues with some vehicles not going into the garages and the Garage Shed only storing 12 of 15 vehicles. Both of these issues should be fixed after our next site update maintenance on July 4th.
I’d really like more coin storage items, and at least one in the W-Shop. Maybe Piggy Banks and Cow Banks could be reconfigured to store coins! I collect coins (one of each kind), and I would love to have a safe place to keep them so that I know they will not accidentally be sold.
All of these storage units are very nice !! I can find the Cool Treats Freezer no more. It use to be in the Wshop under new items. I have look every where for it. It holds a lot !! Will they bring it back ? Does anyone know where it might be at the Wshop ? Thank you
It is still in the Wshop, under General Store theme.

Try looking in the General Store room theme section. It’s a player designed item for the General Store, so that’s where it was eventually filed when it was removed from the new items section.
Hi there AUNT09, The Cool Treats Freezer was a fan-designed add-on to the General Store theme, you can still find it there in the Wshop. Hope this helps!

I was just in the Estore and did a search for the garage and the couponer’s chest of drawers, and can get nothing to come up. There seems to be a problem. Are they not there, yet?
It’s possible that they were just taken out of the estore temporarily. Items cycle in and out all the time. Keep watching–I’m sure that they will come back soon!

I wasn’t able to get the Garage Shed.If anyone has one that you don’t want I’ll be really happy if I can have one.
Yeah, couponer’s chest of drawers would only hold on to my most valuable coupons. Thank you for looking into the issue with the vehicles not all going into the garage. I’d still need a good dozen or more of these sheds before I would be able to get all my cars out of my storage dock. The one thing I am most grateful for is the wall paper storage. My most treasured and favorite walls and floors.
I have two rooms devoted to the vehicles which I called the Garage 1 and 2. I decorated them with everything from the garage theme and put them all in both rooms on display to get them out of my dock. :-)
I know what you mean, dixiecup, we long-time players have much to store! I have special warehouses for storing refrigerators full of food item collections, and walk-in closets (large rooms) devoted to storing costumes & regular clothing collections. My many attic spaces provide more storage for extra furniture items….and my dock is still eternally, ridiculously full. I love the wall paper “samples” cabinet and am on the lookout for the other 2 such cabinets, are they retired estore? Ditto the couponer’s chest of drawers, which I’ve never seen before either, would love to find a few of those. I hope these items show up again soon. Thanks for this report, Steve. I love your avatar & wish I’d gotten a Bakers Squirrel Monkey back when it was available & I had the chance!
Seriously! Long term members have tons to store. I’ve just given up on storage entirely and decided to keep everything in my dock. That makes it more time-consuming to navigate, but a lot easier to design cool rooms!!
Well, storing items anyway. I still store my coin and exclusive foods collections.
I adore my Space Squirrel Monkey!! Keep your eyes on the eStore, 1Emerald1! Last year, on May 5, National Astronaut Day, the Squirrel Monkey was made available. Maybe they will make it available again around October 4th to 10th for International World Space Week?

I have to say Ganz i am so happyyyy you guys are offering more storage options also it would me nice to have a storage for furniture or plants or decorations anyway keep the new innovative items coming !!!!!!
I use rooms to store furniture. I have a chair storage room, sofas, tables, etcetera. I have one for flowers and plants. Even using the large room, with all the multiple copies of so many items my dock is still full of things. I agree with ferretfuzzbut about posters and windows. There just isn’t enough room, even in a large room to store posters and windows on the wall!
I sadly missed out on the Garage Shed, so if anyone has an extra they’re willing to part with, I would REALLY appreciate it. Please let me know!
I don’t have an extra, but if someone else hasn’t commented on this post with an offer that has not yet been published, I would be willing to part with mine. It’s a cool item, but if I’m honest, I don’t think that I will use it unless I design a room specifically for it.
