No trouble here! I’m also using the app not the website.
I will likely end up missing out on this entire day of catching floaters and everything else. I only have this time of day to get things done and the site is not working. Webkinz seems to have some of the worst servers I have ever dealt with, of any game I have ever played.

I am sure that everyone is making tons of Spring Egg Gift Boxes today, so we should have no problem reaching the 8,000 goal. bear10201, I was just about to ask the same question. I can’t get in Webkinz World on the browser, the desk top, or on mobile. I had to restart my computer every time I tried to use the desk top app. Hope they fix this issue soon! Stay safe and Stay healthy, bear10201! :-)
you dont have to restart your computer, on your keyboard hold the windows symbol button and you will see the webkinz icon in your computer tool bar right click on the ww icon and close window. hope this helps
Anyone else having trouble logging in. After I type my password nothing happens, the screen just sits there.
Having same trouble. I’d get on and then play a bit then get kicked out. Then have trouble logging in again like you are. Wait 4-5 min. then can get back on and then get kicked off again.
I might be all wet, but I got logged off on 3 of my accts after I made some of the spring egg boxes and then dumped them in my room. Then I get kicked off and then can’t get back on till I wait a few min.

I thought it was just me; my computer has had…issues lately. But maybe it’s just another issue altogether then.

So…almost 830 pm eastern, finally logging in okay but on several accounts my fizzy news soda has vanished from my dock. Is anyone else having this problem?! I’ve been clicking the cans here every day since the floater promotion began — disregarding any old ones that may have been in some of my docks, there should be some everywhere from here. The account message center says I am getting them.
