I’m sorry people have trouble finding the leprechaun. I tend to go to the reading room, sit down, turn the sound on my computer, and do other things until I hear his voice. It sometimes takes a while (I could Not catch him on my first try this year and had to go to bed) but mostly it’s less than ten minutes. Luck to you all!!
That’s what I do—leave my pet in one Clubroom room, turn on my computer’s speakers, and then do something else on my computer while I’m waiting for Lucky’s voice to announce his appearance in the room that I’m in.

I am sorry to hear a lot of people are not finding the leprechaun, but this has been my best year ever. In the past, I have been frustrated waiting over 30 minutes at times. But the first day, he showed up in 6 minutes. The second day, it was 10 minutes. Today, I was going to Sophie’s Green Room to get my Chocolate Clover and within 5 seconds, he appeared. I always wait in Doug’s Collector Room. Someone mentioned to clear your cookies, which is an excellent idea. Every time something messes up or it gets glitchy, I clear my cookies and everything works better.
Okay, I realize that it’s almost St. Patrick’s Day, but can someone explain to me just how I got so lucky as to get a RARE baby piglet from an orange tabby and a moon bear…..I don’t even have a pig! Well, now I do…..I was trying for a green cat! It came with an opportunity to get the rare plush and everything!!!!

I checked your baby piglet, and it is adorable. Most of the babies do not have a nice mixture of both pets. More of the first pet. Enjoy your rare little piglet.
Just an FYI if you got the one where you can order the plush from Ganz, be aware it doesn’t come with sparks.
I still haven’t even seen the leprechaun at all. I even waited in one room for two hours! I give up on this challenge :(
When I enter any clubhouse room to look and wait for the leprechaun, I always look in the top right corner where it tells the number of pets in the room. If it says there should be 9 pets and I only see 2, that means the room did not download correctly and I’m sure that affects the leprechaun. If that happens, I exit the room and enter the clubhouse page again. I think the clubhouse has been getting more glitchy in recent years even though my desktop is fairly new. I believe it’s high time to revamp the leprechaun collection, please. Give him his own room or place him in the Park. This should be a fun event, not a frustrating chore.
I agree , happened way too many times today. Hunting for an hour for each coin is 6 hours by the time we are done :( MAKES NO SENSE
I could not have put it better. This year has been the glitchiest Leprechaun Chase yet. There is nothing entertaining about being this frustrated. I’m very sad to see Webkinz Classic becoming the neglected stepchild of the Ganz Co. since the advent of Next. Please make the program work better, Ganz. Thanks.
The leprechaun is so hard to find! Once he was so well hidden that I almost didn’t see him. Jumping from room to room, plus waiting and waiting for him to appear, is such an annoying waste of time. Yesterday I was in a room and heard him, but he did not appear! Just because “leprechauns” are supposed to be tricky, shouldn’t keep Team Webkinz from letting him stay in a room like Ms. Birdy does, for example. I love the shamrock seeds and really want them, but it takes too much time to find the leprechaun. Then, there’s the Pets “begging” for you to do something with/for them, while you are waiting on the leprechaun! :-(
If the leprechaun’s speech bubble appears, you can click that. Also, if your pet is asleep, then they will not ‘beg’ you for anything while you are doing something else. Hope this helps and good luck. : )
Thank you, cloudsheeeep! I would have never thought to just leave my pet in bed sleeping! I will certainly give that a try. It will be easier to just let them get hungry and then feed them, than to have to be annoyed by them “begging” for me to do something with/for them! Have a wonderful day! I have given up on finding him. It’s just too hard and takes way too much time. I wish he could be stationary in one room like many of the other events!
I agree, I also have not bothered this year, don’t have the time to spend on it. He should be in a room like Ms Birdy, so we can pop in and catch him.
not certain WHERE to post this, but hoping this is fine…. i have been trying all day to get a coin from the leprechaun–found him twice, clicked on him, moved around trying different angles–BOTH TIMES HE DISAPPEARED W/0 coinage to moi. i should add that in the midst of this trying we have had a power outage caused by a downed tREE in a huge wind & rain storm in NC & yet we got power generator going, used a laptop which we had to enable to get webkinz & yes, yay, were able…. & still NO COINS. i will try one more time til i throw out my flag of surrender. HOW HARD CAN THIS REALLY BE???????????

I actually had a similar experience. Finally found the leprechaun, clicked and clicked, but nothing happened–then he disappeared.
He announces himself but doesn’t appear.
yesterday me too in 2 diff rooms he was there but clicking on him did not work. . i exited webkinz altogether and signed back in and then i got it
I believe I encountered a player dressed as a Leprechaun. If you hold your curser over and a name appears it is not the correct Leprechaun.
I saw that player several times in the last few days. The green webkinz does have a name. BUT, I was also in the green room with Sophie when the leprechaun appeared, but I couldn’t find him!!! Everything was green. XD I have now figured out that you can click on the speech bubble even if he is behind some furniture. I hope those having trouble can find and click to get their coins.
i have had same issues they told me to clear cookies and history and i did and it worked hope this helps you good luck !!!!!!!!!!!
