Start collecting Flowers on Your Webkinz Classic account and earn prizes you can used to build a weathered shed!
Here’s how to play: From May 1 – 31, look for the Flower Collection icon on your Kinzville Map and click on it to see your collection:
You’ll get 1 free Flower every day, just for clicking on the Collection icon (Deluxe Members will get 2 free Flowers a day).
Once you have received your free Flower, you can get 5 more throughout the day by asking your friends (by clicking the ASK FRIENDS button) or by finding and clicking on the floating Flower on WebkinzNewz.com (make sure you collect your free one first before trying to find one on Webkinz Newz).
Need more friends to help you complete your collection? Click the ASK FRIENDS button, then click the NEED MORE FRIENDS? button to see other players looking for friends and add them to your Friends List.
Here’s a closer look at each prize and how many Flowers you’ll need to collect to win each one:
If you complete your collection before the end of the month, you can replay it again to win extra prizes! So, play every day to collect as many Flowers as you can!

Same thing here–no floaty-clicky flowers on Newz *but* the article did say “make sure you collect your free one first before trying to find one on Webkinz Newz”. I collect the free one (actually two free flowers) by clicking on the Flower Collection icon on the Kinzville Map page….then I went back to Newz…still no floating flower. I noticed that this even isn’t listed yet under “Events” Newz so maybe it hasn’t started here yet???

Yes, I haven’t seen the floating flower either. Also there is no monthly food on the Newz and I haven’t received my Deluxe monthly gift box. Nutz and Boltz are having a bad start to May, it seems… ; )

XD I have a problem with accounts.. =P Oh, I’m going to send you a FR from my next main account, which says “Starlight.” It will appear at the top of your friends list, too. =) Ahh, yeah just ignore those messages , didn’t know how else to get you to check the newz. XD
If you guys could add a feature where we could “favorite” a few friends on our friends list who would show up at the top, it would make a world of difference during these collection events! I know many of us have the max of 500 friends and it would be amazing to be able to favorite a few to send collection event requests to. Thank you!
THAT is a wonderful suggestion. I get on at such varied times; and certain friends are more likely to get on at OTHER times; it is hard and time consuming to be scrolling up and down the friends list, to find certain names. Your excellent suggestion, would facilitate matters !
OH I AGREE!! It would be so much easier rather than SCROLLING all the way down because most of my friends are past the 13 main letters of the alphabet, lol. And they claim that Deluxe members can have as many friends as they’d like, but I wish I could add more on my Deluxe accounts, ugh.
This is off the topic, but Tinker and Bolts stopped me from getting my Shamrockin’ Guitar at the Code Shop. When will I be getting my Shamrockin’ Guitar or to be able use the codes again?
