Here’s how it works: From July 1 – 31, look for the Marshmallow Collection icon on your Kinzville Map on the Webkinz Classic Desktop App, and click on it to see your collection:
You’ll get one free Marshmallow every day, just for clicking on the collection icon (Deluxe Members will get two free Marshmallows a day).
Once you have received your free Marshmallow, you can get five more throughout the day by asking your friends (by clicking the ASK FRIENDS button) or by finding and clicking on the floating Marshmallow on WebkinzNewz.com (make sure you collect your free one first before trying to find one on Webkinz Newz).
Need more friends to help you complete your collection? Click the ASK FRIENDS button, then click the NEED MORE FRIENDS? button to see other players looking for friends and add them to your Friends List.

Remember:

I am LOVING the neon pool table! It takes me back, but in style! Would your design team consider doing an entire tricked out game room? I would be over-the-moon about a neon air hockey table! (My favorite game!) I could even picture neon foosball, and maybe even neon ping pong. Your design team must have SO much fun while they work!
What flooring is in the photo with all the new items? I like how it goes so well with them.
Hi @Mayzee20! Doesn’t it just go perfectly?!? It is called “After Party flooring” and is available in the eStore for 2500 eStore points for all players, 2000 pts for Deluxe players. There is also a room package deal in case you really like the whole theme – $29.99 for all players, $19.99 for Deluxe. (There’s a pretty awesome DJ Booth, but I have no idea what music it plays.) After this article, I predict that sales will increase. ;-)

Sally, this is happening to me as well. I have only logged into two of my accounts so far; i have 9; and I received the swim trunks. desertdreams and noonesfriend. Also, I did not receive my free marshmallows on those same 2 accounts. I am reluctant to log into the other 7 accounts, until this is addressed. Hoping this can be fixed soon. Thanks
This seemed to go under the incorrect reply. Was supposed to go under the comment about the wetsuit
There isn’t a global issue with marshmallows. I’d try uninstalling/reinstalling and/or making sure you head straight to the map to get your free marshmallow before doing anything else.
So sorry as this is off topic however I logged into my account today and the Zesty wetsuit does not show up. I logged out hoping it would show back up but it’s still not there. Is there some type of glitch? I hate to miss out on such a nice prize. Thanks!!
Looks like you got double of the swim trunks instead. I’ve passed it on. They may find an alternate way to award the wetsuit.
I also got a second pair of sunrise swim trunks instead of the zesty wetsuit.
