The Valentine Collection event starts today (Feb 1st) and runs until the end of the month. Collect all 50 Valentines by February 28th to win the Grand Prize!
Here’s how to play: From February 1st – 28th, look for the Valentine Collection icon on your Kinzville Map and click on it to see your collection. Everyday you’ll get 1 free Valentine, just for clicking on the collection icon (Deluxe Members will get 2 free Valentines a day).
Once you have received your free Valentine, you can get 5 more throughout the day by asking your friends (by clicking the ASK FRIENDS button) or by finding and clicking on the floating Valentine on WebkinzNewz.com (make sure you collect your free one first before trying to find one on Webkinz Newz). You can even use your eStore points to purchase Valentines to complete your collection quicker. Click the GET MORE button for details.

We have 3 accounts and are not able to ask friends for valentines. I’ve tried hiding my dock and nothing works. From reading the comments, I see that we are not the only ones having this problem. Why can’t we ask for valentines? Those are nice prizes and I’ll be sad if we miss out because of a glitch.

I have never had this problem in the past but I cannot ask friends for valentines, it doesn’t even come up. I have hid the dock and no luck. I have emailed Ganz support also. Anyone have any ideas on this?
tmsfb – I have seen this in the past when I click on the icon nothing happens. I would then go back to my pets room and then back to the Kinzville Map click on the collection icon the button should appear to ask your friends for Valentines. I have not had any problems yet with this collection event it may have been a glitch in the past. Try that hopefully it will help. Good Luck!
I have the exact problem when I use Microsoft Edge Browser – if I use Chrome Browser it works perfectly.

I wonder if the window changes when you put it in different places?
Sadly I have not been able to ask friends for the last number “collection games”. I do get two when I log in and one on Webkinz news. So I get to finish the collections I just don’t get to play more than once. Some of the prizes I had wanted more than. Is there anyway this can be corrected on my account? I have tried going back and try again like it was suggested at the Christmas collection. It didn’t work.

Nice prizes. I think Michael said the window will show different views like the Chalet window. I think it’s so cool the way the new windows can be be turned.
