2025 is here, and the 20th anniversary of Webkinz is a great time to go Deluxe!

 

If you get a 1 Year Deluxe Membership in 2025, you’ll get this year’s Super Deluxe prize: The Webkinz Celebration Cake Slide! This item was the winner of our fan design contest from player Emily5daisy!

 

 

And players who purchase their 1 Year Membership this January will also receive a bonus gift, a cool hat based on the Webkinz Celebration Cake Slide!

 

 

These cool Super Deluxe items are part of a long history of prizes stretching all the way back to 2009 when Deluxe Membership was first introduced. Here’s a look back at a gallery of those deluxe past prizes:

    Sally Webkinz – thank you for the information, however this e-mail address appears to be invalid as the e-mails all come back as undeliverable.

      This is the correct address. If you have the option, try emailing from a different email provider. If for whatever reason the server has been blacklisted by your email provider, it may give this message as well.

    My account renewed in January 2025. My account still showing as ending January, 2025. No deluxe gift box no e-store points. No February gift box. No you have deluxe membership acknowledgement. No response to half dozen e-mails sent to customer support. Just charge listed on listed credit card.

    Several days ago I renewed one of my Deluxe accounts and received the code for the Green Sparkle Bulldog and the Celebration Cake Hat. I did NOT receive the Celebration Slide! From reading the comments here, it seems I will have to call Ganz and request the slide. Why is this such a problem? Why was the item code not on “Order Details” page in my Ganz eStore account? I don’t Auto Renew as I want the option to renew or not. Why is this such a problem? The Super Deluxe items should go straight to the account that the upgrade has been purchased for. We shouldn’t have to go on a “hunting adventure” just to get the item we are supposed to get when we buy a Deluxe Account! Please consider making this action much easier for those who are buying Deluxe Memberships. :-/

      The Super Deluxe item gets added as soon as the Deluxe Membership is registered on the account.

        @Sally – Thank you so much, Sally. I just checked and saw that the Deluxe Celebration Slide arrived in my Dock! Thank you for letting me know. I do wish the item would show up in the Dock area that says “New”. I scrolled past the slide several times before I realized it was there. From comments I have read here and in the Forum, our docks can be so full of items that we often miss seeing the item while looking for it. We NEED Tabs or a Search Bar for looking up items in our docks or rooms. Since there are many items we can not “trade/send/sell”, our docks are vastly crowded with things we can’t find or can’t get rid of, other than calling Ganz and asking the items be removed. It would be SO much easier if we could trade/send/sell ALL Webkinz items. These are just virtual items. We can’t hold or touch them. Why can’t we do what we want with the items we have spent real money on? Forgive me for being frustrated about this issue. I know I am not alone in thinking about this. Please consider updating this issue to make it easier on all players. Thank you for all you do. I truly appreciate you for putting up with me. :-)

    I think it would be amazing to see these offered up in the Estore, maybe for one day, for Estore points! That way people can have a chance of having all of these awesome items! Except, maybe not the ones that are broken. It would be sad to get a broken one only for it to not work.

    These are awesome and I have most of them. It’s a shame that some of them stopped working, though. I know it probably has something to do with the update. Also, I want to WARN members about the AUTO RENEWAL. Like others have said, it is a pain to contact Ganz every year to update your account with the new Super Deluxe Item, and Pet. I learned the hard way! The first 2 years I was a member I got the Roller Coaster and Golden Fawn 2 years in a row. When I found out I would have to contact Ganz every year (which we should not have to do) I started putting a reminder on my iPhone calendar to cancel my Deluxe Membership one month before it expired. Then on the day after it expires I get a new membership to receive the correct item and pet. The problem with this is it moves the date forward a day every year. Soon my account in April will be messed up with Webkinz Day!

      In the future, just buy Deluxe Membership as a gift. Then you get a code that is entered in your eStore account whenever you want to renew, and you don’t have to cancel anything. I’ve done this for a decade! On another topic, I have every super deluxe item because I bought Deluxe Membership the very day it was introduced. Can Ganz please fix the first six super deluxe items that were broken in 2015 when Webkinz X was introduced? I’ve been patient, but Ganz has had a decade to restore the functionality of these items and has not. Please, Ganz, focus on Webkinz Classic for a minute instead of Webkinz Next! Thanks! :D

        Definitely agree on wishing they gave classic some more love :( Part of me hopes that maybe they have been busy working on brining mazin hamsters back and that’s why so many other things haven’t been addressed, but I kind of doubt it…
