I hope you’ll make a second attempt at notifying the winners in case they miss it the first time. Unfortunately I get close to 200 emails a day so I sometimes things get deleted or overlooked if I’m not specifically looking for them and I deleted a bunch just before reading this.
I know one was from Webkinz although I think it was just the monthly estore message.

I won a 6 pack of soda, Bubbashuka. I’m sure it’s a bit more difficult to announce the winners because not all people use the same names for their eStore accounts as they do for their Ganzworld accounts.

I would like someone from Headquarters to answer why residents of New York and Florida, as well as the Province of Quebec, are not eligible. We are evacuated from Florida and my children just wanted a bit of happiness and the chance to win and now we are being told that we aren’t eligible. Plus, it isn’t fair to make people have to dig through the contest rules to find out that information. How many people from those areas have already spent the money required for purchasing a membership or bundle and don’t know they aren’t eligible. That reeks of dishonesty. I’m honestly not happy with how this contest is being run.
Unfortunately, Florida, New York and Quebec all have extremely restrictive laws when it comes to contests. International laws are similarly restrictive, which is why these contests are only open to residents of Canada and the US.

Hi Sally Webkinz, Could you tell me what you mean about International Laws are restrictive as we can buy lottery at 16 and also can gamble so I’m not sure what you mean by this we don’t have them laws in the United Kingdom. Many thanks for reading
Every country has different rules for running contests. Some are more restrictive than others. As we are based in Canada and the US,
that is where we offer our contests.
