Can someone please help, I go in the Santa Kinz room and I can’t find her. I’ve been trying everyday and missing out on the prizes because I don’t see her at all. ):
I had to clear my cache before I could see Ms. Birdy.
Ms Birdy doesn’t show up for me. I can see her giving gifts to others cause they say Merry Christmas but she never is visible to me…..I’m soooo sad.

hey deedee26pet, I was also having a problem with ms. birdy. if you wait a bit, sometimes she comes but most of the times I had logged out and back in again until she came. I hope this helps!

I haven’t been able to get in to the club house all day – there is an error message saying that they can not connect to the kinzchat server list. anyone else having this problem?
I too have had this same problem since October and have missed out on everything they have been giving away since then. There has been a lot of other problems I have had also. That’s why I quit paying to be a Deluxe Member. If it’s not going to work why pay for it.

I wondered if you could tell me what time (kinztime) that she is in the Santakinz room because I have turned up everyday just to find out she (Ms. Birdy) isn’t there. This is sadly only one of the million problems I have

She is supposed to be there all day everyday. Sometimes you have to wait awhile for the room and all the pets to completely load. Be patient, and clear your browser if you still have trouble.
