Oh no! The poor Love Frog! After all of its careful planning it leapt into the Flower Shop this morning, ready for the Grand Opening but found that the staff wasn’t even ready! The Spotted Frog was still filling the Gift Boxes. The Toadstool Frog was still putting together flower arrangements, and even the Lil’ Rainforest Frog – who keeps track of the Love Frog’s schedule – had leapt away to run some errands. And on the Love Frog’s big day!
The Love Frog’s heart is leaping in panic. It planned the Grand Opening for the last day in February and nothing’s ready. How did this happen??? Do you have any ideas? Let us know in the comments below if you know why you think the Grand Opening didn’t happen today.

It’s a Leap Year! That means that this year there are 29 days in February instead of 28. It happens every 4 years to use the 6 hours we lose during the past 4 years into an extra 24 hours or 1 extra day. The other staff members must know this but, not the love frog. Poor thing.
Today is not the last day of the month. Love Frog was leaping to the wrong conclusion and forgetting this is LEAP year.
