Is anyone else having a problem getting deluxe nachos and marshmallow floaty and spotty dinosaur peek-a-news? I have more than one account but I can only use one account to get them all the other accounts won’t let me get them. Please help me if you know I can get them in all my accounts. Thank you.

#1 – Cute Rocky Mountain Horse. #2 – Why can’t I get the Peek-a-Newz prizes? I have been trying since the update…nothing! And, yes! I am logged into Webkinz Newz! Instead of seeing “Congratulations, Farout1″, I get a new “log-in” screen that tells me to log-in using my Webkinz Account name, and so on! There have been so many glitches this month in Webkinz World, on the game and on Webkinz Newz. I do understand it’s a weekend, but it would be so nice if Michael Webkinz, Mandy Webkinz, Sally Webkinz, or Steve Webkinz, would post more info about these problems. I don’t like to miss playing POM everyday, and we have missed so many this month. Luckily, I haven’t lost any of my GanzWorld Moneyz…yet! Of course, now that the prizes from using our GanzWorld Moneyz from Webkinz Newz, are showing up in the POM game, I guess saving for those prizes will become a moot point. Please keep us updated on what is happening in Webkinz World/Webkinz Newz. We love Classic Webkinz and want to be able to enjoy it for years to come. :-)

I’ve emailed Ganz but haven’t herd anything back yet, ALL my GanzWorld Moneyz is gone and I would like it back! I saved up so much, but it got reset after the maintenance >:( I don’t know what happened during the maintenance, but I’m very upset that I went from over 25,000 Moneyz, back down to 2000 over night just because of a maintenance update >:(
Off-topic bunnychan You are not alone, i had a ganzworld username named threehounds for over three years and now it’s caseyspacey which was my original ganzworld username but got the invalid username message, so i chose threehounds which had over 300,000 Moneyz, but i guess starting over is not that bad.
Yeah my username changed as well, I’m just upset that this happened in the first place. I’m also annoyed because the last time I had emailed Ganz about an issue I had, it took over 3 months and SEVERAL emails to hear back from anyone and another few months for it to get fixed!. So I’m not very hopeful about this issue being fixed quickly :( :( :(
UPDATE: My GanzWorld Money and Username have been fixed!!! The last time I had an issue it took so long for them to even contact me about it, although they still never responded to my email this time, I’m just happy that it got fixed this fast. :D

My username here was Ojibwa and now it’s my actual Webkinz username, which is ok. Better, actually. Didn’t lose any $$.
