We are very pleased to announce that the WShop has gotten a makeover! It’s now easier than ever to find what you need!
All the main categories are listed along the left side of the WShop (New Items, Food, Furniture, etc…). Some of these categories have subsections that are listed along the top of the shop. Subsections mean that you can find what you are looking for faster. For example, in the old WShop there was only one main category for “Fun Stuff”. In the NEW WShop “Fun Stuff” is divided into multiple subsections like “Games”, “Books”, “Toys” and “Seeds”:
We have also made buying items easier! Before we were using a “check out” system and you had to add items to your “cart” before you bought them. Now, all you need to do is click the BUY button and your item will magically jump into your Dock:
Did you notice that you can also buy items with eStore Points in the new WShop? These are some of our coolest items available and to celebrate, we are giving EVERYONE 2000 FREE eStore points! The amount of eStore points you have is displayed above your pet’s portrait (next to your KinzCash). Want some more? Click on the green “+” sign to add more points to your account:
Remember, you must login to your Webkinz World account BEFORE April 1st to get your points.

you should make it so that you have a *buy* button AND a *add to cart* button, becouse sometimes the cart is usefull and sometimes just simply clicking *buy* is usefull. >~pop~<
agree with so many others – don’t like seeing things I can’t purchase, don’t like that we can’t find sale items, and don’t like not having the cart. It feels like they just continue to leave you out unless you are a deluxe member and not everyone can or even want to afford that. Everyone should have access to everything!!! It feels selfish on your part GANZ.
I am deluxe and I think the whole wshop is horrible. Big money saver because not worth the trouble to use.
I reallydont like the new setup. it looks messy. and I miss the cart option :(
Dear Webkinz Since the new W shop happened. When I do todays activities. And they have a sale item. When I clicked on it, it sends me to W shop and I can’t find the sale item. Can you tell what I am doing wrong. Thank You

I cannot buy anything from the W-shop since the update. My first month as a deluxe member is about to expire & I will never renew. I even phoned my sister–we’ve tried 3 different browsers; nothing happens when we click “buy”.

My WShop won’t load. I have tried it on the taskbar, and on my map, but nothing ever happens. Help!
I haven’t been able to access the WShop without being booted from my account since it was updated. However, on another account I have I was able to without any problems. I like the previous WShop format so much better than this new one. The Estore should be separate, like it’s always been. The new format just seems like it’s a unorganized mess! Ganz, If you read this please fix the glitch that boots you from the account when you go to the WShop or change it back to the previous way! My motto…..If it’s not broken don’t fix it! Nothing was wrong with the Wshop so why must you make such a drastic change?? :-(
