Question Sally this is off topic, I wanted to open more NEW accounts on Webkinz Next. I selected my World name, room and when I tried to enter my username and password to my account so it would be linked it would not accept the information I provided. It would not accept the name and required at least one number why will it not accept my username and password that I am using for Webkinz Classic?
Sally Webkinz I am still trying to open 1-2 more NEW accounts on Webkinz Next still no luck. Wanted to mention that I have now tried 3 of my accounts that I am currently using on Webkinz Classic will only accept one of the usernames also I am not able to enter my password that I am currently using as it does not have a number why will it not allow me to do so I would like to have these accounts linked?
Are you logging in with your Classic credentials or trying to create a new account? If you have an existing Classic account, you must log in to Next with that username and password, not create a new account, in order to link the two. Once you log in to Next, it will complete your account registration. If that’s what you’ve been doing and it isn’t accepting your password, you will need to contact webkinzsupport@ganz.com
Thank you for replying so quickly Sally, my mistake I was trying to create a new account with my username and password from Webkinz Classic. I will log into Webkinz next with my Classic username and password I should then be prompted to select a pet, name the pet, choose a room correct. When I started playing January last year with the account I have the info had already been entered from when I did the Beta Testing I was able to select a pet and complete the account set up.
You cannot create a new account on Next with your Classic username and password because it already exists. You must log in to Webkinz Next with your Webkinz Classic username and password. It will then complete the account set up.
