Hi! It’s me, Molly! Have I ever told you I have the best mom ever? She totally gets that sometimes I just need some ‘me time’ when I don’t have to deal with Millie getting into all my stuff and so sometimes we have a Mom & Molly day. We leave Millie at home with my dad and the two of us just go out and do something totally fun, like go to the arcade (my mom is awesome at Cash Cow) or have lunch at Le Snout. Millie hates being left behind but my mom explains to her that they have lots of time alone together when I’m at school.
So with Mother’s Day coming up I want to find my mother the perfect gift! I am trying to narrow it down but it’s so hard. I had three ideas. First, I thought she might like one of the clothing items from the new Spring Line at the KinzStyle Outlet. Or I could get her some new fabric from the W Shop. She loves to sew. Have you seen the Fashion Fabric Rolls from the Creative Studio Theme? I’ll bet she could make some beautiful dresses. The present that I would most like to give her is a trip to the spa, but I can’t really afford that. I’ve been saving up my KinzCash, but I just don’t think I’ll have enough.
But I really want to show her how much she means to me. Do you have any good suggestions?
Molly, my mom says the best gift I ever gave her was a poem I wrote myself. It was about how much I loved her and how much she means to me. You can get a nice frame to put it in for her. I hope this helps. Your friend, Bingo

You could get her something from PJ Collie’s Fashion Spring Line, and serve her Breakfast in Bed! I did that last year (the breakfast in bed part) by brewing instant coffee and pouring some cereal into a bowl along with milk. I also added strawberries dipped in chocolate (she loved THAT the most!) and some OREO cookies. It looked so delicious that as soon as I gave it to her, I took some of it back! LOL! ♥
I think the clothing from the New Spring Line from the Kinzstyle Outlet would be best. You can’t really afford a Trip to the Spa, and as soon as your mom uses the fabric for sewing, she’ll probably sew you or Millie an outfit, and it’s like returning the present, in a way. But I’m sure your mom would like whatever you gave her! ~CC~

That’s great Molly. Keep saving up. What you can also do is sell lemonade,cookies etc. If you can’t get the money to go to the spa then i would buy her a outfit.

I was hoping you knew. I already made my mom everything I can think of. I made her candels, candel holders, bracelets, popup cards, baked her “I love you cake” (Which is my recipe for red velvet with red frosting saying I love you). Maybe Ill make her an acrylic painting! She loves my paintings, so maybe a waterfall or a sunset. Or her favorite flowers! Her birthday is May 7 so Ill make her both! :D ~KK♥
my piano teacher’s bd is near that. my mom was ALMOST a new year baby. I’m planning to give my mom a heart shaped plastic thing with yellow yarn interwined in it and blue yarn that says MOM!!!!!!!!!!!
I made my mom a mosaic painting that says ” #1 Mom” last year.

Thanks Stargirl! I always make my mom homemade stuff! She expecially loves my paintings so I think thats what Ill make for her! I love acrylics and paintings! I bet your a great painter! Just think of something your really good at and maybe you can use that to make your mom something! Like baking and painting for me! ;) ~KK♥

Make her something- homemade gifts are always a good idea. As long as you put some effort into it, I’m sure your mom would love it. For instance, I made my mom a massive balloon sculpture last year :)

I bought my mom a designer purple watch for Mother’s Day. Just get her what she really loves.
You’re absolutely right about getting her what she really loves. My mom once complained to me that all of her children (there are 5 of us) would get her gifts that had nothing to do with who she is. So I really thought about what she likes and put together a big box with all sorts of crazy things (and most of them didn’t cost much): bubble bath; nail polish (blue, green and purple); a cute nightie; funny nightshirt; her favorite chocolates and a card that I made myself. Not only did she love it – she USED EVERYTHING and didn’t just put them away in a drawer or on a shelf. The trick is to get to know your mom as a person.

Sowstar, the summer question is easy. moving. AGAIN! Except back home. xO I want to but I don’t like to pack and go through all that baggage check, being stuck in a plane for 5+ hours with wifi you HAVE to pay for and barely anything packed, so yeah. Moving in general, is NOT my thing! :P So my summer will be moving, flying, moving IF they go to my home again this year, WEBKINZ ROAD TRIPP!!! <3 And maybe if we can squeeze sometime in, Swimming in one of the local pools! :D
