i bought a classic plush *years* ago, but never used the code. i designed a room for her and even named her but was waiting to log her to extend my full membership. i finally went to log her and it said it was invalid! i never used the code an di tried asking customer support but they were very rude and just told me it was logged on a purged account and that i need to just make a new account. my account is still running from 2009! they refuse to answer any of my emails about it and it feels like they’re punishing me for someone stealing my code without my consent!!!!!!!!

Where did you buy the plush? CS typically refers you back to the retailer when there are issues with the codes. Retailers are responsible for keeping the codes secure before purchase.

I don’t remember where I got it from as it was over 6 years ago. I know people have guessed codes before and the seal on my tag was never broken, so it had to be someone who randomly guessed my code or used some sort of generator to steal it. It’s not fair that I’m being punished for someone else STEALING!
