It’s time to vote for the next room theme you would like to see added to the WShop (click on the button below to vote). We hope that you have looked over each concept drawing carefully because once the winning theme has been decided, the concept drawing will be used as inspiration for the rest of the items that will be included in the theme.
Remember, you only have until noon Wednesday, June 8th to vote. Each time you vote 50 KinzCash will be added to your account! Once we announce the winner, keep visiting Webkinz Newz. We’ll be showing off concept drawings as the theme is being created allowing YOU to leave feedback and offer ideas as to what we should name each item!

I like the outdoor room theme.
Don’t hate me, but I do not like the hotel theme chair. I wish there was another theme there instead because it was already in the previous room theme voting, and it gets less interesting to see the same thing over and over again. However, on the fun to be young and outdoor theme, I like them a lot more because of that they in my mind look more realistic than the hotel theme, and I do not like the pattern on the hotel chair, but… we still do not entirely know what the fun to be young theme will have, because of saying that there will be separate items for boys and girls, and I hope there won’t be a pretty pink sparkly princess one for girls and a blue metallic space ship for the boys. On the outdoor theme, I can see that it may be boring to have another theme, but I think this one will be nice, since it is different from the other ones.
Goodness, webkinzrockz131, we all get to have our own opinions & I can’t imagine anyone is going to hate you for your choice of room theme! Not me, anyway. Whichever one wins, we’ll think of something fun to do with it. Mike & Dave the Artists will do a good job.
Goodness! No one is going to hate you because of that! I don’t care for it either! I am partial to the Fun to be Young theme because of it’s chair though! I love owls!
Go Hotel Theme! It hasn’t won any of the times it has been an option and this time it has to be different! ;D

Yeah, it is really hard to decide.. I haven’t really voted yet either, except for when I voted for Outdoor Living just because it was so behind.
Eh, well, my feelings are pretty mixed… I voted for Outdoor living because that chair is amazing in my opinion, I really, really LOVE that owl chair though! The hotel chair isn’t the worst, but I’m really not that crazy about it, even though I Have a feeling its gonna win. And 1Emerald1, I agree, the Sweet 16 room theme was kinda disappointing. It was super childish, and I was also hoping for items that boys AND Girls could use.
Hi dogheart7. The Sweet 16 theme wasn’t what I imagined it would be, but I did manage to make something with it. Two bedrooms, the one with the bunk bed & the book nook couch was more feminine, I used the Stripes theme wallpaper & borrowed the desk from the Starry theme, cluttered the floor with stacks of books everywhere & made a it Teenaged Reader room. For the guys’ room I used the Sweet 16 theme wallpaper & flooring, the Taxicab couch, the bed from the Race Car theme, traffic signal lights, a stop sign, everything I had that was all about cars & that’s the Teenaged Driver room. Neither one of them is my best but they were fun to imagine & put together. Of course, both my teenaged son & daughter looked at them & said, “Seriously?” Well, I TRIED!
They sound amazing to me! From what you described, you did quite well!
Thanks, megamom12. Of course, my teens have to snicker at Mom and her Webkinz. But I have a found the key to my daughter’s Webkinz heart. I’m currently working on a Mad Tea Party room, after the band, which she loves, & I made her the Art Director! Hah! (and she’s having fun, ;o) !)
Well I am stuck. Last time I voted for the hotel theme and was disappointed that it lost in the end. But that’s not a good enough reason to vote for it again. Although the hotel chair is nice, it isn’t a definitive hotel lobby chair. And quite frankly I think we have lots of chairs available in the W shop that would work just as well or better. Having said that I LOVE the owl chair, but again one piece of a theme is not enough to vote on. I like the idea that there will be boy and girl furniture items available in that them though…that appeals to me. But again one piece of furniture is just not enough to give you a feel of a whole room theme. And I love the idea of an outdoor theme but again one chair doesn’t tell me much. They may have awesome firepits or tiki lights or patio lanterns etc etc in that theme….but then again they may not. Decisions , decisions …. this one is a tough one! For me I think it’s down to between the outdoor theme and the fun to be young theme. The hotel theme already has a ton of votes and they sure won’t miss my one little vote. I am sure whichever one wins we will all have fun making new rooms with it! I can’t wait to see everyone else’s room designs once the new theme is released!
I felt that way too, Katz1259, but decided to vote for the Hotel theme. Not just because I like the concept art & want to upgrade my hotel room, but also because we just had two new themes last year that are so close to Outdoor Living (the patio furniture collection event) & Fun to be Young (Sweet 16). They told us that Sweet 16 would be for teenagers (it was more childish than I hoped) & that it would have items for both boys & girls, & then made the bunk bed a pinkish lavender & the sports poster pink. Which is another reason I’m voting for the Hotel theme. No pink! It’s my least favorite of all the colors, & Webkinz World is absolutely drowning in it already. And, I already have half a dozen pink rooms in my house! So it’s the Hotel theme for me.

Ohmygoodness, it’s balletbear5M!!! I haven’t seen you on here in ages! So good to speak with you, I missed you! Did you hear they’re planning another election for Mayor? It will be interesting, no doubt! It looks like our favorite theme is doing well in the vote today. I hope it wins, or if not, then Outdoor Living. Have a wonderful week!
I know I’ve been posting mainly on the forums, but yup I’m back!;) I missed you too!Really, I remember thee first election, I was so mad when Cowabelle won, I remember I wanted Sheldon to win!:) I know I really hope the hotel theme wins! Yeah the outdoor living is probably my second favorite too!:) Have a great week as well!

I’m voting for the hotel theme everyday. I’ve been saving my coupons for the new theme. I really like the hotel theme.

Well put. It is hard to think what else might be included in the rest of the theme. I agree about the Lobby Chair. It does not really look like one that I would use for a hotel theme….save perhaps an ocean side hotel? Anyway, this time around it is easy for me since I am so very fond of owls. :) You are right though, we will find something to do with any of the 3 themes! More Outdoor furniture would be nice as well.
A Oceanside hotel sounds cool. I would love to see that. especially if it has giant windows that show the ocean & beach inside it.
