Thank you so much for this gorgeous dress! I love it. Also, it’s a very common glitch to not receive the items if the graphics don’t fully load on the side. Those little pictures showing what activity it is. It happens all the time to me if I click for free food or kinz cash and don’t let the page fully load. I receive nothing. If the little graphics icons do not load all the way, do not click for the gift. Click an activity that takes you to a different window, like the bonus wheel of wow. When you go back, click something else once the graphics fully load to make sure you get the prize. Such as click for free food or kind cash. If those don’t go in your dock / KC, then log off and log in. Make sure those graphics are loaded. That’s my advice, and has helped me.

If you sparked a redemption pet, there are only a limited number of those plush available for purchase. Once they are sold out, it’s not possible to spark those pets anymore. The odds of getting a redemption pet are generally better the higher rarity the pets you’re sparking with, or if you have the original matching first generation pet type.
I also did not receive the dress and have sent two emails to webkinzsupport@ganz.com, with a screenshot attached showing exactly what the glitch looks like, without a response. I expect to be compensated for customer service’s incapability to reply in a timely manner, especially regarding an issue that involves a limited-time item only available for one day. The compensation being the item I did not receive, regardless of what day it is, since it is not my fault if support does not respond before the item is unavailable. Thank you so much for your time!

Is this Violet Dress for Deluxe Only? It doesn’t state anywhere that it is, but I have 7 accounts. Two of the accounts are Deluxe, 5 are Full accounts only. I DID get the dress on my 2 Deluxe accounts. I did NOT get the dress on the other 5 accounts that are just Full accounts. If this is a mistake, then please fix it so I can get the Violet dress on those Full accounts. If it’s for “Deluxe Only”, then please don’t call this “Player Appreciation Day”, as ALL players, Deluxe, Full, and Free, should be appreciated for this special day!

Thank you, sally! I appreciate the info about the dress not being just for Deluxe-only. However, I do wish you could have given us a little more info about what is happening with the Violet dress and when, or if, it will be corrected. Thank you for any info/updates that you can post here. :-)

I did not get the dress either. I clicked on the button and it just disappeared, no dress and now no button to click on.
This is a known glitch, if you click the button on Today’s Activities without the little icons on the left showing up, then you will not get the item. I always go to the Arcade first and make sure everything is loading properly before clicking on anything in Today’s Activities. Next to each activity should be a little icon on the left side, and if those are missing then it’s not going to work. I have also noticed my Deluxe accounts never have this issue. Only my full accounts get the missing icons glitch.
