Trouble Logging On?

 

We have been listening to our members and we are aware that some of you are experiencing difficulty logging into Webkinz World. We want to help get you back onto Webkinz World as quickly as possible!

 

We are currently aware of an issue that prevents some Mac users from logging on when using the browser Firefox. We are working on fixing this, but in the meantime, if you are using a Mac, we suggest that you try opening Webkinz in a different browser.

 

If you are not using a Mac and Firefox but are still experiencing difficulty logging on, please let us know in the comments section below which browser and which version of Flash you are using. This information may help us pinpoint the problem.

    webkinz.com will not open in Firefox or in Microsoft Edge. In Firefox I just get a green screen and in Microsoft Edge when I log in goes directly back to the login in screen. How can I correct?

    I cant rest my password. It says “SQL exception occured!”

    I am receiving this error when trying to change password. “You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near ‘AND pe.email = ’2e0f33ecd06631e542e3a171d7ab03d1e8a771e06fd1957e’ LIMIT 1′ at line 3”

    So I got into the main page finally, but each page freezes and won’t load. I have to exit the daily activity and go back in each time. I still cannot get into most of the activities at all, such as Vacation Island, Curio Shop, or any in Magical Forest. I lost my Deluxe daily activities also, as when I have to go back in again the reload tells me I’ve already played … even though I haven’t. In Magical Forest I lose my mouse cursor entirely unless I’m on the bottom of the screen, then it returns. I have the most recent version of Flash Player, and I use Chrome. This has been going on since yesterday.

    Just started on Nov. 15 page will not load after clicking on “Log In.” I have current version of Flash player, and use Google Chrome. It always asks about authorizing Flash, and still does. Just can’t get past Log In prompt.

    I cannot log in to webkinz as the button to activate the flash drive no longer works. This never used to be an issue until today

    I’m wondering if anyone else is still having trouble with this..? Whenever I try to login to my account, the message “I am sorry, we can’t connect to Webkinz World. Please log back in later for more fun and games” always appears before anything loads. This has been happening for awhile now, I’ve contacted customer service but still no replies. I’ve enabled Flash, cleared cache, but nothing seems to work? (using Chrome)

    I usually use Chrome as my browser. Have not been able to log in to WW since February 12 late afternoon. Please help!

    The sign for construction on the webkinz site is still up on my computer. I use google chrome.
