Trouble Logging On?

 

We have been listening to our members and we are aware that some of you are experiencing difficulty logging into Webkinz World. We want to help get you back onto Webkinz World as quickly as possible!

 

We are currently aware of an issue that prevents some Mac users from logging on when using the browser Firefox. We are working on fixing this, but in the meantime, if you are using a Mac, we suggest that you try opening Webkinz in a different browser.

 

If you are not using a Mac and Firefox but are still experiencing difficulty logging on, please let us know in the comments section below which browser and which version of Flash you are using. This information may help us pinpoint the problem.

    Also – Chrome or IE, Adobe Flash v11. Haven’t had issues with WW, other than occasional slowness. Often issues with WebkinzNewz but it’s clearly coding related as opposed to a browser issue. For example right now, the Quizzes section is not displaying properly and only plays 2 quizzes… both bottom buttons go to the same quiz.

    My sibling – seb107 – logs on and then immediately receives a message that there was a problem loading the page and will be logged out. You can see everything loaded correctly behind this message, so don’t know what the problem is. I can log in immediately after and it works fine. Has tried it on several different computers using IE, Firefox, and Google Chrome, all with the most recent Adobe Flash Player. No change. Worked for about 3 days after adopting a new pet, then quit. Has since created a new account – seb100702.

    I’m not having trouble with logging in, I can do that just fine. But no matter what I do I can’t get into my room. I tried using firefox and safari, i tried three different computers, but its not letting me in. Help? Please?

    I use internet explorer and still have trouble with logging on, Just now it keeps saying to wait. It does not let me get on at all. I am going to try logging in again and see what happens. this is very annoying and I hope they fix these problems soon. Only have so much time to be on webkinz.

    I use Safari w/ Mac and after logging on (usually not a problem), i consistently come up w/ a “please wait…” message, which never completes. I log out, reset Safari (clearing cookies, cache, etc.), which sometimes allows me access to the pages w/in WW, sometimes not, w/out the “please wait…” message reappearing.

    I don’t have any problems but at the kinzville academy it is slower than it used to be.

    I use Firefox and I have trouble with the Curio Shop loading – it sometimes takes three or more times going from the map to the Curio Shop before it fully loads so that I can see the items for sale. Even missed a rare once because I tried to get it too close to the hour change.

    I am using Mac with Safari. I have no trouble logging on; however, after a few minutes of play, the “PLEASE WAIT….” comes on and never goes away. I have to log off and log on several times to complete all of the activities I want to do. Also, I have trouble getting my pets from one room to another. I haven’t been able to move them for almost a month now.

    I am using a Mac and Google Chrome and most updated flash.
