We have been listening to our members and we are aware that some of you are experiencing difficulty logging into Webkinz World. We want to help get you back onto Webkinz World as quickly as possible!
We are currently aware of an issue that prevents some Mac users from logging on when using the browser Firefox. We are working on fixing this, but in the meantime, if you are using a Mac, we suggest that you try opening Webkinz in a different browser.
If you are not using a Mac and Firefox but are still experiencing difficulty logging on, please let us know in the comments section below which browser and which version of Flash you are using. This information may help us pinpoint the problem.

I use internet explorer on my mom’s computer and when I click begin it just brings me back to the log in
i have logged on to webkinz world with this laptop but whenever i enter my username and password correctly i will click the start playing button and it does nothing! plz help i really want to go on WW
I am using Google Crhome, and I can not hit begin playing. This just started yesterday however. I have tried : reloading, shutting off the computer, waiting a few hours, using a different computer, and pushing begin playing over and over. PLEASE HELP! I HAVE NOT PLAYED WEBKINZ FOR 2 DAYS!
I keep getting javascript void, on 4 different computers, when all 4 pulled up webkinz fine last night. Java is enabled and current.
I am using google chrome and water fox on another computer can’t log in on either one. Didn’t have any problems last night.
I have issues when I attempt to log into webkinz on a windows 8.1 computer running the lastest adobe flash on google chrome. I click on the “Begin Playing” button and nothing happens. It doesn’t even attempt to load. I might add my brother is able to log into his account on this computer just fine.

I put in both my username and password which are correct, click begin playing and all it does is sit there are the main screen… What do I do? I am using Google Chrome with the most updated Flash…
when I put in my username and password(which are correct) then click the begin paying button it doesn’t do anything. but if I put my other account info in and press begin playing it logs in. what do I do?
I cant even log in when I am on the webkinz news and a floaty thing appears.
The “Begin Playing” button on the log-in screen isn’t working. I have the newest Adobe Flash and have tried IE and Chrome.
