We have been listening to our members and we are aware that some of you are experiencing difficulty logging into Webkinz World. We want to help get you back onto Webkinz World as quickly as possible!
We are currently aware of an issue that prevents some Mac users from logging on when using the browser Firefox. We are working on fixing this, but in the meantime, if you are using a Mac, we suggest that you try opening Webkinz in a different browser.
If you are not using a Mac and Firefox but are still experiencing difficulty logging on, please let us know in the comments section below which browser and which version of Flash you are using. This information may help us pinpoint the problem.

I have a mac and use Safari and can’t login even though I had no problem until yesterday, for some reason. Now, I can’t login and it’s been the last 32 hours. I have problems with Firefox too.
Someone please help me webkinz isnt working i tried to go to the adoption center and i put 3 numbers in for the code and it logged off and said webkinz isnt working at this time. every single time!
also I am using a dell computer

For some reason my webkinz is only in french and wont log in….Guess I’m learning french.
After I type in my username and password, the “W” loading screen just doesn’t load. I’m on a Mac and using Safari. I also have the latest Flash.
when i go to log in it logs me right back out. and i use google chrome. and it worked yesterday but today nothing.
Everytime I try and login to webkinz it says “I’m sorry, but we can’t connect to Webkinz World.” its been going on for like 2 or 3 months DX Can I fix this?
mine does that it just started today
Every time I enter a beauty competition (quick events) it takes me to the stage but nothing happens. No contestants show up or anything, just the stage and the sounds of the clicks of the cameras. Does anyone have any idea why this is? ~add me on webkinz @harrysbabydoll
When I am trying yo log into Webkinz it just resets it to the previous login page. I have a Samsung chrome computer that might be why its not working, but I don’t exactly know why.
