We have been listening to our members and we are aware that some of you are experiencing difficulty logging into Webkinz World. We want to help get you back onto Webkinz World as quickly as possible!
We are currently aware of an issue that prevents some Mac users from logging on when using the browser Firefox. We are working on fixing this, but in the meantime, if you are using a Mac, we suggest that you try opening Webkinz in a different browser.
If you are not using a Mac and Firefox but are still experiencing difficulty logging on, please let us know in the comments section below which browser and which version of Flash you are using. This information may help us pinpoint the problem.

I signed on and it loaded my world but wouldn’t let me do anything, then went to blue and stayed there
the last two days have been horrible longing in at lot of please wait and never getting on, it is a real pain. i just don’t have patience’s.
I am using Safari version 8 and Flash version 21,0,0,242. I got onto my account one time today, but it froze up. I closed the window and tried again. I opened the window where you have to press the play button. This worked wonderfully. I then was taken to the login window. I entered my username and password. Then I proceeded to click the login button. It didn’t work. What can I do?

I am on a laptop and use Windows, and when I tried to log on using I think Chrome (but I’m not 100% sure because I used a shortcut), I remembered my username a password completely, but when I tried logging in it wouldn’t let me, and said it was incorrect, even after multiple tries and with different passwords, and when I went to the forgot login, I used my 100% working email address and it said that it didn’t exist. I tried both of my email addresses and neither worked, even though I use them both. I think maybe my account got deleted by the server, since the last time I went on was about a and a little more ago, but I have gone on over long periods of time and it till let me on. I also think it may have to do with the fact that Webkinz had just updated last time I went on and I made my account when it started, but last time I went on, it let me, when Webkinz was updated. I also don’t know why it says both my legit email addresses don’t work, and if my account was deleted, why and is there a way to get it back because I had some things on there I wanted to keep. I also think maybe it has something to do with my account being expired, but I didn’t think Webkinz accounts expired anymore since a few years ago. Please write back as soon as possible as I want to go on again.

I don’t remember my password to my account and whenever I try to have them send me my password through email, it says that my email address doesn’t exist.
I in using Google Chrome and I even tried Bing, I can get into Webkinz News but not Webkinz Play. It starts loading but when it get to the screen where it gives you a daily reward it freezes and then goes to a blue screen and stops.
That’s what happened to me too!
having the same problem, tried firefox and AOL and happened with both, tried internet explorer and I can log on and play but run out of memory playing Jumbleberry blast. Any suggestions?
i haven’t logged into my account in a couple of months and it keeps saying that they have to receive my account and to come back tomorrow what do i do
Can’t get rid of the “update your flash”. Have Flash 21 and using Firefox.
I haven’t been able to log on to Webkinz on my mac on either firefox or safari for two weeks now. I hope you will fix whatever is wreaking havoc with webkinz world very soon! Thank you in advance!
I use Safari and can’t login as of Sunday this week. I tried Firefox too and had problems. Help!
