What if at any point you want to end your deluxe membership? Will it let you, or do you have to go for a certain amount of time?
Your Deluxe Membership expires automatically, unless you have it set to auto-renew. You will have to cancel auto-renewal, and then it will expire at the end of its term (1-month, 3-month, 1-year). The 99 cent first month trial is set to auto-renew at the regular price.
If we sign up for a month but don’t want to renew, do we have the option to cancel the automatic renewal after the trial month?
Sure, you can cancel the auto-renewal at any time.
How I got a month for 1 child on my account but a full year we just can’t do ?
You’ll have to go to Ganz eStore to purchase a 1-year membership.
