I think we need more details. The above news story says nothing about the price or number of Estore points the unicorn will cost. It may also be part of a promotional bundle where you have to buy a large amount of points to get a promotional item. I’m not going to get too excited about this until I know the whole story.
To bad it didn’t come with two codes because new players will not have diamonds to get the next unicorn from the adoption center

After rereading this post, it is my understanding that they are saying you can buy a virtual unicorn on Classic that day, just like you already can on Next.

Actually, I just noticed the post was edited. It said something else that was much less clear so they must have changed the wording.
I already have adopted two unicorns in classic. Celestial Unicorn and Ribbon Unicorn. I would like to have the plushy Next Unicorn. Will see about buying/adopting one on April 9th.

That’s cool it will be available in Classic! The people who didn’t buy the plushie could get it now. But it’s already available in the Next adoption center, so I’m assuming they mean it will be free..?

I really want a free unicorn! I don’t have enough diamonds to buy another pet, so I hope we get a free unicorn! But I hope it’s not a free plush, I want it to be directly on the computer. Also, I play more Next than Classic, so I’m not really interested in getting it on Classic. And, Dorothy Lou, I don’t know how to pick my favorite uni pet! Love them all! (I really want a uni kitty and a uni husky!)

The unicorns are already in the adoption center for Next, so not sure what is so special about that. BUT……..THANK YOU for offering the Classic code at the eStore. I hope this trend continues, you will have much higher sales if you do this will all the Classic codes
