Hello Kinzville! Today marks another update in Webkinz World and I’m here to talk about what’s new.
- The Ghastly Gazebo is the winning item from our Freaky Forest fan art contest! Log in to Webkinz World TODAY to get one awarded to your Dock! You’ll also be able to find the Ghastly Gazebo in the WShop, along with the rest of the Freaky Forest theme, until then end of October.
- Halloween is just over a week away! Don’t forget to log in to Webkinz World on October 31st to get your 2015 Halloween Treat Bag, filled with treats and a special costume piece! You’ll also get a spin on the Super Wheel!
- Don’t forget to visit the KinzStyle Outlet until November 10th to pick up Halloween costumes for your pet! Pick one up before they’re gone!
- Remember to look For the Ghost in the Clubhouse until October 31st! Collect candies from the Ghost in the Reading Room from Oct 20 – 31. Collect all 12 to win a Witch’s Broomstick for your pet to ride!
- If you have the Webkinz mobile app, don’t forget to visit the Mobile Zone in the mobile WShop to find some of last year’s Halloween items and costumes until the end of October! Get them before they’re gone forever!
- We’ve fixed the Superbed Box, so the new Dr. Frankenkinz’ Lab Bed is NOW available! Every 10 pets you adopt award a Bonus Box! Drag it into your room to pick the Super Bed of your choice!
We’ve also made MANY updates to Webkinz X to get it working better! Here are some of the highlights:
- More item fixes
- Removed Dock item limit for FREE Players
- Player’s first name added back to adoption certificates
- Added “Take a Tour” video to home page
- Added new “Parents” page to the Parent’s Area
- Removed ice pack graphic from various hamsters while in tired state (remaining pets with ice packs will be fixed soon)
- Fixed various performance and freezing bugs in the Kinzville Park
- Fixed clothing issues in the Kinzville Park
- Fixed multiplayer games in the Kinzville Park
- Fixed items won from Webkinz Newz not being displayed in Today’s Announcements
- Fixed freezing issues during trades
- Improvements to bunk bed functionality (still working on some issues)
- Fixed disappearing filled container items in KinzPost
- Fixed Game of the Day PLAY button freezing issue
- Fixed issue with rooms not loading while running adblocker
- Various other minor site bugs (around 90 fixes total)

can someone tell me how to report a bug! I moved my sushi plant to another room and it turned into a tomato plant. I would like my sushi plant back please!

Somebody please help! I tried to log in to find the ghost today, but in Google Chrome and Firefox, I can’t get through! I’ve already tried clearing my cache for both browsers, but that didn’t help. Any suggestions?

thank you for fixing the freezeing items from the games…Now can tou please stop the removal of things from the rooms and placing them back on the docks.? Can you put them back where you got them from?
Are you guys working on fixing the pet items and the pets themselves in the house? Nothing has changed since the update. I understand you have over 10,000 items to fix but, its just been a while. For example, my Stormy dragon’s pet item doesn’t do anything. And its a animated item. The only items that are functioning properly are the new ones. Also, the pets look very strange in the house. if you put glasses on them, their eyes show though them. Plus my Lava dragon’s tail is popping off of his rear end. This is the same kind of look that pets had in the Adventure park. Which i do not like. Because pets like the Lava dragon look weird and distorted. Please fix soon. Oh and another thing, PLEASE bring back dressing up pets in the clubhouse! I don’t like having to go all the way back just to change. Some people wanna see what items like clothes look on a pet and i can’t do that without leaving and coming back!
