- DELUXE MEMBERS: It’s time to Hatch the Dragon! Visit the Arcade to play this fun and fantastic NEW game!
- There are new vacation prizes! Next time your send your pet to Vacation Island, look for 3 new souvenirs and 2 new Vacation Wheel Prizes!
- The Winter Clothing Line has arrived in the KinzStyle Outlet! Visit PJ Collie to find the latest in warm and wooly fashion!
- A new Superbed is here! The next time your pet adoption awards you a Bonus Box, you will find the NEW Frosty Nights Bed as one of the options inside!
- Another Deluxe Day is coming soon! This month’s prize is a Winter Coat Rack! Deluxe Members can head to Today’s Activities on Monday, January 25th to claim their prize!
- Start Collecting Valentines on February 1st! Head to the Kinzville Map and click on the Valentine Collection icon to collect Valentines. Collect all 50 to win items you can use to build a Chocolate Shop!

Really love the new stuff and that you have fixed so much, but what did you do so that every where I go and every game I play gets stuck? Please fix this. It is almost impossible to play any games and I am having a hard time getting tasks completed. This only happened with the new update and I have tried more than one computer and different internet companies and it happens all the time.
I have problem its in the adventure park there is nothing to dig it wont reset

When my pet asks me to make something with a blender, stove, etc… every time I do the challenges, it doesn’t make them happy or complete the thing they asked me to do. Does this happen to anyone else?
Things like that have happened occasionally on my account. Sometimes it wouldn’t credit the requested game I’d play for my pet, or a purchase from the WShop. For the most part, everything is working well now. If that problem continues, I’d email Customer Service & ask them to help you. Good luck!
