Hoo-hoo Kinzville! It’s me, your mayor—Dr. Quincy Quack! It’s our last update for 2017 and I’m here again to tell you all about what’s new in Webkinz World today! Let get started, shall we?
- Wacky Zingoz Extreme has been added to the Arcade for Deluxe Members! This fun variation on Wacky Zingoz could previously only be unlocked with a Feature Code that came with a Wacky plush toy.
- Christmas is less than 2 weeks away! If you missed any of our earlier announcements about what’s happening in Webkinz World this holiday season, check out our Christmas in Kinzville Newz story!
- Following right after Christmas, come visit me in the Kinzville Park! We’re having another Meet the Mayor event from December 26th to January 1st! Once again, I will be giving a daily gift box containing a random prize! Stay tuned to Webkinz Newz for more details!
- Our next Deluxe Day arrives of Friday, December 29th! On that day, Deluxe Members can visit Today’s Activities to get a special prize: a SantaKinz Snowman! Also on Today’s Activities, they’ll find several Deluxe daily activities to enjoy!
- Deluxe Members receive a monthly gift box containing their choice of an item from the NEW Cozy Condo room theme, along with a special piece of clothing that can’t be found anywhere else! January’s Deluxe clothing item is an Aurora Crown!
- Also for Deluxe Members: Your next Deluxe Monthly Challenge begins on January 1st! When you complete all of the tasks, you’ll win a Cozy Condo Loft Bed!
- Still thinking about going Deluxe? Next year’s Super-Deluxe item for getting a 1-year subscription is the fan-designed Half Pipe! The perfect place for your pet to play this winter! And as a BONUS, if you sign up for a 1-year Deluxe Membership in January, you’ll also receive a Snowboard Suit!

Thanks for the update. In the news about the Spree there is a typo. It should read “watch FOR”…not watch ‘four’. Just letting you know that someone reads the news very closely.
Why are all or almost all the games in the Webkinz Arcade suddenly going to only deluxe members?
On the Wacky Zingoz Extreme (I am deluxe for this year as my sister bought me a years deluxe) but I had previously bought the Zangoz to get that game a long time ago. If I don’t renew at deluxe will I still be able to play the game? Asking for those of us who are not deluxe but bought the Zangoz to get the game. Great website.
I’ve sent emails to webkinzsupport@ganz.com and I still haven’t gotten any reply and it’s days later. I’ve been patient but I spend actual money on this site and I would think that the least that can be offered is help to me. The other day I had a party for my Webkinz using the Birthday Girl Party Pack and it didn’t invite anyone and there were no loot bags given to anyone (because no one was able to come) and none given to my account. When the party began a pop-up stated that it would remove my Webkinz’s bed out of the way and would be returned to my dock and I thought nothing of it. Later that day when the party was a big fail, I tried to place the bed back into my Webkinz’s room but I couldn’t find the item. I was very upset, still am highly upset, and couldn’t find the item and when I looked the item up I still couldn’t find it with hours and hours of research. I was very disappointed. The next day when I was sent Candy Canes for the Christmas challenge, I went to check what gift I won from the challenge and on the Kinzville Map page I seen that the bed (named Cozy Bed, I found out the name when I seen it for some reason on the Kinzville Map dock) was not in the correct dock. I understand that the Ganz eStore is not for this issue but my Mother called to see what could be the issue and the lady was polite and said that it was in the wrong dock (as we knew) and that we would have to contact webkinzsupport@ganz.com and they would have the correct “tools” to correctly place my Cozy Bed item back into my dock and give my account the 750 Kinzcash back. I’ve been very patient and no one has gotten back to me as said. Please do something about this issue that I’ve experienced.
I’m very sorry for your experiences. Unfortunately, we are having some issues with our internal tools at the moment, so there is a growing backlog. CS will get back to you as soon as they can.
When will the 12 days of Christmas song be announced? Tomorrow is the first day of Christmas…
