Hi everyone! I’m thrilled to tell you about all of the new things we have happening in Kinzville over the next few weeks! Let’s take a look!
- My next Player Appreciation Day is on Friday, May 10th! Log in to your Webkinz account on either web or mobile to receive this month’s prize: a Daisy Flower Tile Gift Box containing 5 Daisy Mosaic Tiles! Now you can add a fabulous field of flowers to any room!
- The Painted Glass theme is now available in the WShop on both web and mobile! This fan-voted theme is sure to look spectacular in your next room design!
- The next time you visit Daisy’s Diner in the Clubhouse, you might just get one of two NEW foods! Daisy has added a delicious Green Smoothie and some Lovely Lentil Soup to her menu. To keep things fresh, she’s retired the Honeycomb Sorbet.
- We’re having another Bake Sale event from May 11th to May 18th! Collect delicious Bake Sale goods from all over Webkinz World and Webkinz Newz, and then use your Bake Sale Cookbook (Vol. 2) as a guide to combine them together for some fantastic prizes!
- We also have another Wacky Weekend event running from May 11th to May 18th! During that weekend, you can play Wacky Zingoz and win the Master Blaster 600 Trophy if you hit Wacky over 6oo feet!
- There’s also a Webkinz Days of Play event coming up in June! From June 1st to June 8th, get bonus plays for some of your favorite Magical Forest activities!
- Sunday, May 19th is our next Deluxe Day! If you’re a Deluxe Member, you’ll be able to play lots of bonus events on the Today’s Activities schedule! And while you’re there, don’t forget to pick up your special prize: a Hall Tree Bench!
- If you’re a Deluxe Member, you know that you get a special bonus box each month. Ganz…I’m sorry to complain, but, for the umpteenth time, I bought an item from the eStore that was not functional. The star challenge wallpaper was on sale recently, and when I saw the amazing animation of it in the preview, I knew I had to buy it. It was extremely disappointing to put it in my room and find that the animation does not even work now. Please, fix this for me and everyone else who owns this wallpaper. And please use all the original animation in the fixed version, unlike the “fixed” haunted outhouse that only plays one of its original three animations now. That item was another big disappointment to me, because the reason I got it was because there were three animations on it in the preview, and I thought that made it a very unique item. Please, Ganz, don’t let items remain downgraded as a result of old updates. :( Thanks for reading.
dinosaurtracker, I’m with you on this. Ganz has no qualms about this kind of misleading advertising and it has to stop. Thanks for reporting the Star Challenge wall paper, we players need to start a list of estore items that don’t work as advertised in the Forum area. As far as I know, none of the animated wall papers they’ve produced animate any more. People need to know…
I bought the Star Challenge wallpaper and was disappointed too. I never buy eStore stuff, but that was the one thing I splurged on and it doesn’t even work.
Very happy to see the Butterfly Chair and Jar of Fireflies on the Wheel of Deluxe. I was actually going to suggest that a few items from the Lily Pads theme could be available on the wheels. Maybe a few more of those items could be on the wheels next update.
I loved that theme and I was sad to see it retire. Recently, though, I was very excited when someone sent me the desk, bed, and TV.
I’m wondering if I’ll use the Condo wall and paper or the Mocha Swirls with the new Posh Penthouse seating…..
Anyway, time to go shopping for the new painted glass theme! I already bought a new room the other day so I’m ready to go!

i have a monthly, renewing deluxe membership, but i never get the deluxe bonus boxes. it’s a shame bc they seem really neat. :/

I had the same problem at one point, but after I contacted Ganz, they were happy to get things worked out. You should ask them for help, I’m sure they’ll look into the problem! :)

TVs in the Clubhouse work because it’s still the old code. Hopefully we’ll be able to program the TVs for the new room engine :)

Thanks Sally Webkinz! I checked out the new room in the Clubhouse and was transported to yesteryear with Chef Gazpacho. He even did an episode where he makes gunk, and you have to figure out the correct third ingredient. Ahhhh…the good old days! I used to make Chef Gazpacho recipes all of the time (he’s way more entertaining than any cooking show on public television, imo!) LOL!
A lot of awesome prizes this month! I’m loving the spring shower outfit! Not sure what pet is going to wear it yet (definitely a girl though ;) )
