Update #332: What’s New!

Hello there, it’s me again—your mayor, Dr. Quack! I’m pleased to tell you about all the new and exciting things we have planned in Webkinz Classic for the next few weeks! Let’s have a look, shall we?

• We’ve added a new Superbed to the Superbed Gift Box! When you adopt your 10th, 15th, 20th, etc. pet–you’ll get the Superbed Gift Box. Now when you open it, you’ll have the option to choose the NEW Cozy Camper Bed! To make room, we’ve retired the Fantasy Coach Bed.

• We’ve also added 3 NEW Exclusive Items! The next time you open your pet’s adoption gift box, you may find a Baobab Tree, a Giant Water Lily, or a Blue Agate Geode inside! You can also pick up one of these new Exclusive Items in the Wish Factory using your Wish Tokens!

 



 

• To make room for these new exclusives, we have now retired the Blue Butterfly Trellis and the Holographic Globe.

 



 

• For a little extra fun, we are running a Golden Clover Cookie Floaty Event starting TODAY, Wednesday, March 9th, until Tuesday, March 22nd! Look for the floating Golden Clover Cookie on any Webkinz Classic platform and then click on one to collect it. You can use the Golden Clover Cookie in any blender to with Root Beer and Honey to create cool Clover Patch Tiles!

 



 

• Our next Player Appreciation Day on Webkinz Classic AND Webkinz Next is on Thursday, March 10th! On that day, log in to your Webkinz Classic account on the desktop app and then visit the Today’s Activities schedule to click on and receive your special prize for March: A Clover Mosaic Tile! On Webkinz Next, look for the prize notification in your Message Center at the top right corner of the screen. PLEASE NOTE: This prize cannot be sent, sold, and traded on Webkinz Classic.

 



 

• If your pet enjoys sweet snacks, Sophie will be giving out daily Chocolate Clovers in the Webkinz Classic Clubhouse from Thursday, March 10th, until Thursday, March 17th!

 



 

• The Leprechaun is returning to the Clubhouse! From March 11 – 17, collect all 6 jelly coins from the Leprechaun in the Webkinz Classic Clubhouse and you’ll win this year’s prize: Sour Shamrock Tree Seeds that you can plant in your yard to harvest Sour Shamrock candy!

 



 

• Speaking of St. Patrick’s Day– don’t forget to log in to your Webkinz Classic account on Thursday, March 17th using any platform to receive this year’s lucky gift: a Bright Green Wig!

 



 

• Look for the Clover Candy Bark Tree to appear in the Webkinz Classic Kinzville Park on Saturday, March 12, to Sunday, March 13th! Click on it to get a daily dose of Clover Candy Bark! The terrific tree is available now from the Ganz eStore!

 



 

• We are continuing to give thanks for our Essential Workers by running our Essential Workers Challenges! The third part, “Meet the Farmers!”, runs from Monday, March 14th until Sunday, March 27th! If you complete all the tasks before time runs out, you’ll win a Green Scrubs Mask, along with a Berry Market Fridge!

 



 

• The fourth Essential Workers Challenge, “Meet the Bakers!“, runs from Monday, March 28th until Sunday, April 10th! If you complete all the tasks before time runs out, you’ll win a Pink Scrubs Top, along with a Caring Valley Cake, and a Busy Baker Floor Tile!

 



 

• To welcome the trio of Lil Chipmunks to Webkinz, we are running a floating peanut event from Tuesday, March 15th, to Friday, April 8th! When you see a floating peanut on any Webkinz Classic platform, click on it to receive a random prize, which may include some cool NEW quilt tiles, or NEW cute and colorful chipmunk plushies!

 



 

• We are running another Wacky Weekend Event from Friday, March 18th, to Sunday, March 20th! During those dates look for floating Wacky Corn on the Cob on all Webkinz Classic platforms, and then click on one to collect it. When you feed the corn to your pet, there’s a chance you’ll receive some Wacky Popcorn Tree Seeds to plant in your yard!

 



 

 

• Ahoy there, trophy collectors! We are once again running the Bathtub Battles Trophy Challenge from Monday, March 29th, until Sunday, April 11th! Complete all of the tasks before midnight, EST on April 11th, and you’ll win a Dogbeard;s Treasure Chest, along with the Dogbeard’s Bathtub Battles Trophy!

 



 

• Our next Deluxe Day is on Sunday, March 20th! When the day arrives, just visit the Today’s Activities schedule on the Webkinz Classic desktop app to get your special prize for March: An Arctic Dogsled!

 



 

• We are also running an April Employee of the Month Challenge starting on Friday, April 1st! Available only on the Webkinz Classic desktop app, complete all the tasks before midnight Saturday, April 30th (EST) to win a Kinzville Times Newspaper, along with a NEW Newz Delivery Scooter!

 



 

• Still looking to adopt a Kiwi Bird? We will once again be running our Kiwi Bird Pet Medallion Event throughout the month of April! Look for the floating medallion from April 1st to 30th on any Webkinz Classic platform, then click on one to collect it. Once you collect 100 Kiwi Bird Pet Medallions, you can adopt this fan-designed pet! If you need a little extra boost to your collection, look for the Kiwi Bird Medallion Box (containing 25 Kiwi Bird Pet Medallions) in your Webkinz Day Gift Box on April 29th!

 



 

• In April, Deluxe Members will receive their monthly gift box containing a Deluxe Medallion Gift Box filled with pet medallions, a Retro Rainbow Theme Gift Box which you can use to choose an item from the NEW Retro Rainbow room theme, a Wish Token—and of course—the month’s special clothing prize: a Wildflower Skirt!

 



 

• Deluxe Members will receive their next monthly challenge on FRIDAY, April 1st! If they complete all the tasks before the end of April, they’ll receive a Wish Token along with a NEW Cozy Kinzville Home!

 



 

• We are also running another Days of Play Event from Saturday, March 19th, until Sunday, March 27th! Each day we will be adding bonus plays to many of your favorite Magical Forest activities on the Webkinz Classic desktop app!

 



 

• We are also running another Bake Sale 3 event in the Webkinz Classic Kinzville Park starting March 9th. The Bake Sale 3 Stand will continue to appear whenever there are no other events on in the Kinzville Park until April 5th! Visit the Kinzville Park each day to look for the stand each day and if you see it, click on it to get your gift box. Inside you’ll find a random baked good which you can either feed to your pet, or you can use it in a stove recipe to create a special prize! You can find all the recipes in the Bake Sale 3 Cookbook, available in the “Books” section of the WShop, under “Fun Stuff”.

 



 

• Once again, we’ve updated the prizes on our daily wheels! Check out everything you can win on the Wheel of Wow, the mobile Wheel of Wow, the Wheel of Deluxe, and the Vacation Wheel!
