Update #362: What’s New!

 

Eureka! Hello Kinzville, it’s your new mayor, Goober! Looks like it’s time once again to tell you all about what’s new and exciting in Webkinz Classic for the next few weeks! Let’s check it out:

 

 

• The 2024 Summer Clothing Line is now available in the KinzStyle Outlet (and the mobile WShop)! Get the latest in fantastic summer fashion for your pet and make the summer season sensational! There are also two new clothing recipes you can make from the items in this line. To make room for the new stock, PJ Collie has retired the 2024 Winter Clothing Line.

 

 

• There are 3 NEW Exclusive items that you can find either in your pet adoption gift boxes, or in the Wish Factory! If you don’t find the Rescue Team Ambulance, Medieval Stained Glass Window, or the Neon Pool Table in your pet adoption gift box, you can head over to the Wish Factory and pick them up using your saved Wish Tokens! To make room for the new stock, we’ve officially retired the Webkinz Day Countdown and the Swan Boat Car.

 

 

• We’ve also added a NEW Superbed to the Superbed Gift Box. For every 10th, 15th, 20th (etc.) pet adopted, you’ll get a Superbed Gift Box. When you drag it into your pet’s room to open it, you can choose which Superbed you want to add to your collection, including the NEW Pastel Pony Bed! This bed was inspired by an entry in our recent room theme design contest by player Queenie11100! To make room for this new prize, we have retired the King of the Castle Bed.

 

 

• We’ve added 3 NEW prizes to the Webkinz prize pool! Every time you complete your Daily Delivery or spin the Wheel of WOW fifteen times, you might win a Dessert Tray, a Buffet Food Warmer, or a Unicorn Lamp!

 

 

• We’ve added 3 NEW souvenirs to Sheldon’s Souvenir Shack on Vacation Island! Souvenirs appear randomly each day, and Deluxe Members can buy up to three daily! The latest additions are the Vintage Suitcase Shelves, a Seaside Soda Mini Fridge, and an Island Ukulele!

 

 

• Come meet me at the Kinzville Park for my latest Meet the Mayor event! From Monday, July 8th, until Tuesday, July 16th, I’ll be giving out a gift box containing a random prize! Inside you might find a Kinzville Science Fair Trophy, a Science Fair Desk, an Erupting Volcano Experiment, or a Student Lab Coat! GO SCIENCE!

 

 

• We’ve created another NEW DIY Divider event! From Wednesday, July 17th until Thursday, July 25th, look for the floating paint can to appear on your screen, then click to collect 1 of 3 random wall paints: DIY Mega Modern Wall Paint, DIY Friendly Froggy Cottage Wall Paint, and DIY Sweet 16 Wall Paint! These paints can then be combined in the Clothing Machine in the KinzStyle Outlet with a DIY Divider and DIY Design Ticket (found in the DIY section of the WShop) to create unique dividers that go together with their named room themes!

 

 

• Our next Player Appreciation Day for Webkinz Classic AND Webkinz Next is on Thursday, July 18th! On that day, log in to your Webkinz Classic account on the desktop app and visit Today’s Activities to receive your special prize for July: A Blue Sparkler Dress! On Webkinz Next, look for the prize notification in your Message Center at the top right corner of the screen. PLEASE NOTE, this month’s prize CANNOT be traded, sent, and sold on Webkinz Classic.

 

 

• July’s Deluxe Day is on Friday, July 19th! When the day arrives, just visit the Today’s Activities schedule on the Webkinz Classic desktop app to get your special prize for July: A Mechanical Bull Ride!

 

 

• We are running another Wacky Weekend Event from Friday, July 26th, to Sunday, July 28th! During those dates look for floating can of Wacky Almonds on all Webkinz Classic platforms, and then click on one to collect it. When you feed the can of almonds to your pet, there’s a chance you’ll receive some Wacky Nut Bar Tree Seeds to plant in your yard!

 

 

• Happy (summer) Holidays! Ganz eStore is celebrating Christmas in July with some festive holiday specials! Between July 5th and 17th, join in the celebrations by looking for Tender Tidings Candy Cane floating around Webkinz Classic! All players can find up to 3 Candy Canes a day! And remember to visit Ganz eStore to check out Christmas in July from July 12th to 17th!

 

 

• If you’ve adopted a Citrus Bobcat from the Ganz eStore, collect a FREE Summer Citrus ?? Box from the Today’s Activities schedule (desktop app only) on Saturday, July 13th and Sunday, July 14th! Inside you’ll find something special from the Ganz eStore’s Summer Citrus theme!

 

 

• If your pet really wants something special, make sure you drop by the Kinzville Park (desktop app only) on Saturday, July 20th and Sunday, July 21st! Look for the Citrus Drops Candy Tree in the park and then click on it to collect some Citrus Drops each day! If your pet still craves this tasty treat, you can pick up your own Citrus Drops Candy Tree at the Ganz eStore!

 

 

• We are also running another Bake Sale 3 event in the Webkinz Classic Kinzville Park starting TODAY. The Bake Sale 3 Stand will continue to appear whenever there are no other events on in the Kinzville Park until July 30th! Visit the Kinzville Park each day to look for the stand each day and if you see it, click on it to get your gift box. Inside you’ll find a random baked good which you can either feed to your pet, or you can use it in a stove recipe to create a special prize! You can find all the recipes in the Bake Sale 3 Cookbook, available in the “Books” section of the WShop, under “Fun Stuff”.

 

 

• We’ve updated our prize wheels, and once again, there’s a NEW item to be won on the Wheel of Wow AND the mobile Wheel of WOW! You have until July 30th to spin and win a NEW Tabletop Jukebox! We also have some returning prizes on the Wheel of Deluxe, and the Vacation Wheel!

 

 

 

 

Oh yeah, that sounds like it’s going to be a blast! Weeks of experiments in fun!
