UPDATE: Having trouble claiming your grand prize? Once you have collected your chocolate from Webkinz Newz and return to the park, make sure you dispose of all the litter you have collected so the trash bag icon will be removed from the lower right corner of your screen. Then, you will be able to see the chocolate collection icon and can click on it to get your Sweetheart Theater.
Collect chocolates from Cinnamon’s Chocolate Stand at the Kinzville Park on the Webkinz Classic Desktop App!
There are six chocolates to collect. Five can be collected from Cinnamon’s Chocolate Stand, but one is only available from Webkinz Newz. From February 7 – 14, look for the floating Cosmic Crunch Chocolate on WebkinzNewz.com, and click on it to send it back to your Webkinz Classic account. Here’s a look at this year’s chocolates:

These prizes lately have been awesome! I’m curious, I’ve seen some players with Cinnamon’s hat and clothes and I was wondering where or if those are available?
Hi – Cinnamon’s Chocolate Hat was our Valentine’s Day Gift in 2015. There is a Chocolate Shop Uniform from 2016 – I’m not sure if there is a dress or uniform specifically for Cinnamon. Both of those clothes are tradeable.

I haven’t been able to access the Park for the last few days. I get to the loading screen and it just loads perpetually
I’ve had this happen to at least one pet, but switching has worked for me :)

Sometimes logging out and logging back in helps with those kind of glitches. And as others mentioned, taking a different pet to the park is helpful, too.
