Hi Sally Webkinz!! So… My computer is a Windows 7 and I know you have to have a Windows 10 to get Webkinz Next on it? I really want to get it but I think my computer is too old? Thank you! ~sosotto :)
Correct, you need Windows 10 to install Next on a Windows machine.

Does the Potbellied Pig only show up at certain times, like Doug the Dog used to? because I entered the room several times today and stayed a few (about 5) minutes and it never showed up.
Try quitting the desktop app and relaunching it. If you had it open while we were updating, the cache wouldn’t have cleared.
