Vote For A New Halloween Theme July 13th!

Hello again Webkinz Newz readers, Ella McWoof here with a special report! From Thursday July 13th (starting at 9:30 am EST) – Friday July 14th (ending at noon EST) you’ll be able to vote for a new Halloween theme to be released in the W-Shop in October!

You’ll have 3 themes to choose from. Look over the following concept drawings carefully because once the winning theme has been decided, the concept drawing will be used as inspiration for the rest of the items that will be included in the theme.

Here is the concept drawing for the Haunted Castle room theme. This theme would feature “haunted versions” of items from our existing Medieval room theme. The red velvet colors would be replaced with a deep purple, and cobwebs and other ghostly touches would be featured on each piece:

Next is the concept drawing for the Trick or Treat Street room theme. This would be an outdoor theme, featuring home fronts that are decorated for Halloween, as well as other items you could use to build a spooky neighborhood:

The third theme you have to choose from is the Happy Halloween theme. This theme would include furniture that you’d find inside a cozy home that was decorated for Halloween including a candy bowl, side table, rug, window and this colorful couch:

Don’t forget to vote right here on Webkinz Newz starting Thursday July 13th at 9:30 am. Which of these themes would you like to see released in the W-Shop in October? Please leave your comments below…

This has been Ella McWoof reporting for Webkinz Newz.

oops I made a few mistakes before I meant cement/road, inflatable black cats and ghosts, and it would be really nice. Sorry :)

Well first of all, I will be voting for the trick or treat street. By looking at the concept art you can tell how beautifully designed it would be, by looking at the detail in the picture. Plus, we’ve already had a lot of indoor room themes for Halloween in the past years. To me, the 1st theme just looks like a slightly altered version of the medieval theme, and to me, it would be really disappointing if it won. Next, the Happy Halloween room theme. It is cute, but it just doesn’t appeal to me. It is like leaving out everything that is special about Halloween, like the spooky decorations and the whole idea of going trick or treating. The trick or treat theme would be lovely to have as an outdoor theme, and it is unlike anything we’ve ever seen before. Just imagine a street of beautifully decorated, different Halloween houses, paved by cracked cement path?road, littered with spooky dead trees and inflatable black cats and dogs. You could dress your pets up and have them parade up and down the street, and I would be really nice to have an almost completely kinzcash street theme. (Oh and btw to all the people saying they will need estore points for this, Ganz says it will be released IN THE W-SHOP for kinzcash. All themes will have 2-3 estore items like they usually do, but the themes are primarily kinzcash.)

The FRIDGE carving style . Place it behind the smaller rocks and it could be an ICE YACKY WACKY ;) . This fridge looks AWESOME behind a spooky bed like trying to scare some pet . A FULL ROW of the WACKY fridges with Ice Sofas in front IN A HOCKEY Ice Rink room looks like the WAVE !!! Look in fridge just by sitting on the sofas ;) .
