It is not working on the web either. no park, no clubhouse etc.
Hey everybody. I know that Webkinz isn’t working in some places, but can we have a little patience? I know that I’m playing more because of COVID but we have no idea if the Ganz employees are able to come into work and are having to juggle everything remotely. Every post recently has had negative/frustrated comments on it and it’s honestly kind of disheartening. This isn’t the Webkinz and Webkinz community that I’m used to. So I’m just asking to have some patience and be thankful that they are still able to operate and we get to enjoy Webkinz. Thanks!
I get they may be shorthanded (it’s still hasn’t worked here all day). I would hope they would extend the event another day (or more if it takes longer to fix the issue) so that everyone has time to enjoy it. We’ve already lost the first day fully so hope they can fix it soon. Seems like more issues than just access to club house and park according to all the comments. Something pretty serious wrong with the whole game starting today.
Would you mind giving an answer, but more inmportantly, finally Fixing the Clubhouse, the Park and the Coral Cove?! Cause none of them are working and it’s been so All day! I’ve left two comments here, more than 2 and a half hours ago -neither of which were posted (let alone replied to)… I know it’s easier to stick our heads in the sand, but this is simply no way of treating such an issue -not even mentioning People!
And could you please make the WackyER game available? Both are Wacky Extreme other than the trophy one – thanks!
As much as I was looking forward to this event, not only are the park and clubhouse unavailable but the Wacky games keep glitching on me. I don’t know why but they are. Hopefully it will all be worked out.
MINE IS TOO! it wasn’t last night,now when i get to level 5? i go to hit & it goes backwards,then run out of whacks.No clubhouse,etc. this is not my idea of a fest at all!
Dear WK team! Would you please finally reply to us players, but -even more so- Fix the problem with the Clubhouse, the Park and the Coral Cove?! They’ve been inaccessible all day! The whole ‘wacky celebration’ just started and we haven’t been able to do Anything of all the ‘fun stuff’ promised! (And we won’t get today back -wich, by the way, ends in 2 and a half hours for some of us, not living in the US…) You could at least give us an estimate about when we can hope to access the above mentioned places (I think that’s the least you could do)… Thanks.
I also haven’t seen a single floating gumball except in Webkinznewz. Thank you!
Hay i just wanted to know what the odds are of eating a gumball and getting a pet buddy, because i just eat 6 today and i got NOTHING from it. hopefully someone will answer me. also me can not get to the park or the clubhouse can someone please fix that in HQ.
It’s actually totally random. Last year I consistently ate milkshakes 3 day is a row and got nothing. Then, on the last day, I ate mine and got 3 cars in a row.
Same here. Think I’ve had the pet eat 4 and zero prizes. Other g’kids account have fed 5-6 with zero prizes which is highly unusual. You seem to always get something with that many feeds. May be related to the other issues they are still having today.
I am not sure what are the odds of eating a gumball and receiving a pet buddy. Personally, I have fed my pet six of the gumballs as well and received two pet buddies. I think the odds are random for each player and that certain players might receive more than others by default. I hope this helps and I wish you the best of luck on getting a pet buddy!
it is just a random chance. I fed my pet 2 gumballs in one account and I got both a blue and a pink pet buddy. For the next 4 accounts I fed them all 6 and got nothing. It’s just luck unfortunately.
To encourage you, I already got a Wacky pet buddy, so keep feeding them to your pets!
If anyone has doubles of the prizes from wackyer zingoz I would be glad to have some. My highest score is 1800 so I don’t think I’ll be getting any myself. I would give some stuff in return. My username is LeftHappyFeet.

Hey, I couldn’t get into the park or clubhouse today, kept getting the error “Couldn’t load Kinzchat server list”. I really hope this gets fixed or we get a code for the two gumballs tomorrow because I’m really trying to win those pet buddies.
We’re aware of the issue and are looking into it. Although the park and clubhouse are having issues on the desktop app, they are both currently working fine on the web version of Webkinz.
I beg to differ… I’m playing online (with Chrome) and it still gives the same ‘error message’ -just tried it.. PLEASE try to fix it, cause it’s been very frustrating not being able to access these places all day..!
But i use Chrome or Edge and that is it not working.

That’s not correct. I don’t have the desktop app and I am getting the same message and cannot load clubhouse or kinzville park. I too have fed my pet numberous gumballs with zero prizes. So just fyi (we all tried all grandkids logged into their accounts on the Web version and none can access these areas) Please fix them BOTH.
Thank you for looking into this, but they’re not working with the web version. I still can’t get in, and others report the same issue.
@SteveWebkinz Just letting you know that im not trying to be rude but the clubhouse and park DO NOT work on the web version, REPEAT DO NOT WORK on the web version, because ive tried loading the clubhouse and park on web verison and and it also tells me “couldn’t load kinzchat server list”! I’ve tried clearing my history, cookies, and cache and it STILL does not work!!!! :(
It won’t load in my desktop version or the web version.
They don’t work for me on the web version. I tried Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox and they all get the same error message.
I’ve done the same and cleared the cache several times, I do this several times an hour, all day. NEED TO FIX.

No, they are NOT working on the web version, and have not worked all day Monday. Have not tried them yet today. (Sorry to disagree, Steve! :)
Thank you everyone for backing me up on this, I’m so happy to know it’s not just me. I’ve also noticed people saying they can’t get into the Coral Cove, I think for the same reason and I can’t get into the tournament arena, so it’s not just the park and clubhouse, it’s many parts of Webkinz. As everyone else is, I’m hoping this gets fixed soon!
So I’m not going crazy, I saw this problem last night and was so disappointed, PLEASE fix.

This is by far the best Wacky fest ever. LOVE the new pet buddies!!! And already won a skateboard, which is really cool and I’m hoping for a seed pack or several :D
