Hey there trophy collectors! The Waddell’s Icecap Adventure Trophy Challenge starts TODAY—but don’t leave it to last minute… You’ll only have until Friday, March 22nd (midnight, Eastern Standard Time), to complete it!
Here’s how to play. Starting TODAY, March 18th, look for the Waddell’s Icecap Adventure Trophy Challenge icon on your Webkinz account. It will be displayed along the left side of the screen (web only).
Click on the icon to review your tasks. There are 3 tasks you’ll need to complete by midnight, March 223nd (EST) to earn the Waddell’s Icecap Adventure Trophy:
- Earn 260 KinzCash playing Waddell’s Icecap Adventure in the Games Arcade
- Spin the Wheel of Deluxe 4 times
- Earn 35 KinzCash playing Iceberg Escapades in the Games Arcade
Help Waddell stock up on fish for the winter! Catch fish while guiding Waddell through tricky terrain. Catch red fish for a speed bonus and gold fish for extra points.
Watch out for holes in the ice. Waddell will be too cold to collect fish if he gets wet too many times!
Complete the Challenge by Friday, March 22nd (midnight, Eastern Standard Time), to win the trophy along with a Frozen Dining Chair!

I’m a Deluxe Member and I’m not sure if I’ll be able to complete this challenge and not because I don’t want to either. I’m only able to to win 5 to 10 kinzcash at a time on the Waddell’s Icecap Adventure, but that isn’t the problem, because I can keep playing until I get to my goal for the day and those 5′s and 10′s eventually add up. It’s the other game: Iceberg Escapades, that is my nemesis. I must have played it 20 times yesterday and came up with 0 kinzcash. Yeah, I know, you only need 35…., well I can’t get the hang of it at all. So, the moral of this sad little story is that I will keep trying, but if time runs out and I still can’t figure it out, then I don’t get the trophy. It’s not the end of the world. I’m just grateful that I can play Webkinz for a couple hours a day Monday through Saturday on most days, and thankful for all the wonderful friends I have made through Webkinz World and for the wonderful things that the creative and tech teams at Ganz do for us, their customers and players, as well as all the amazing things they give us for free, and a lot of that stuff is from the E-Store and is given to all players. So, even though I may not be game savvy enough to win this particular trophy, it’s okay. I still appreciate all the hard work and creativity that goes in to giving us a fun and safe place to play at the end of a hard day at school or work. Hello Friend. My head too is spinning from going around in circles in Waddell’s and getting nothing in Iceberg. I am definitely not adept with these games and feeling a little defeated but the prizes still looking tempting. I hope future challenges do not include two games and the required points are reduced Anyway it was nice of you to comment on how grateful you are to be able to play Webkinz and bottom line, this is absolutely true. I am beginning to feel the jam-packed schedule is to accommodate everyone and I need to select what I can do which is different from the way I played. So I am sorry you are struggling with the game, you are not alone. I will be rooting for you!
Iceberg escapades is a lot like the Mini golf game and the Lily pads game combined. You don’t ever really use the up or down arrow buttons that often. It takes a while to get the hang of it but point your penguin in the direction of the berg with the star on it and watch as the ‘drifting’ arrow hits the target and then press the space bar. As I said, this takes a bit of time, but if you’ve played Lily Pads and Mini golf, you just have remember the techniques and try and combine them to get the scores.
I didn’t realize this was for Deluxe Players only. I don’t have a problem with that but I wish you had made that clear when you posted it. Congrats to the Deluxe Members. I hope you get it.
Frankly, I don’t understand all the negativity towards this being a Deluxe members only challenge. Deluxe members PAY to have extra stuff and I, for one, do not begrudge them this. Really, I’m surprised there aren’t more Deluxe only trophy challenges throughout the year. So, to all you Deluxe members going for this trophy – Good luck to you, because it’s a nice-looking trophy. And for the record, I am NOT a Deluxe member.

I agree Elessar and Katz1259 I do want this trophy very much but they pay so they can do it without all they hate from other players. :)
It’s true! Deluxe members help keep the site going and helps pay the lovely people working at Ganz/Webkinz which is why I support them by buying a Deluxe Membership.

I really wish you would give us at least one weekend day to complete these challenges. It is REALLY difficult to find this much time to play games during the week, between work, school, activities, etc.
I might make it on ONE deluxe account, at, you know, a complete exclusion of ALL ELSE save playing Waddell — except that won’t get me a trophy because I cannot play that other game to save my life. So why bother? sigh. So depressing.

Is the Trophy challenge until the 22nd or the 24th? It says the 22nd on the challenge icon, but it says the 24th on Today’s announcements when you sign in. I have several Deluxe accounts and like the trophy. But there is no way I will get to $260.00 on Waddell’s during this challenge on even one of my accounts.
I know Ive said this before but if anyone does the challenge and doesnt want their trophy ill happily take it, im so sad its deluxe! i want to be able to finish my trophy challenge :(
