Updates are coming to the Webkinz and Pet of the Month Prize Pools during maintenance on February 10!
The Webkinz Prize Pool contains the prizes you win for logging in and spinning the Wheel of WOW a certain number of times.
The Pet of the Month prizes are found in the Pet of the Month loot bag, which you get for adopting the Pet of the Month.

Another Pirate item! I’m so excited! Thank you so much for the heads up on the retiring prizes. I have a couple of extra boxes for once and will pick up a couple more of these. Especially the Lighthouse! That one I think will be missed the most. At least by me.
Love the new prizes. I have tons of the soup and cactus so I’m totally cool with those being retired. I have the lighthouse and don’t care about the blower since I assume it doesn’t work anyways.
I have the balloon blower and it does work. (I just checked it today.)
My Balloon Blower used to blow different colored balloons – ever since Webkinz X it just makes blah gray balloons – not very festive.
Thank you @Dolan, and @Alphaowlbear! I don’t have the Balloon Blower, and I was wondering if it worked. I hardly ever get the POTM so I want to be super careful how I spend my prize boxes.
Thanks for letting me know. At least it does work, although I don’t think I’ll rush to get one. I still have my snow blower from when I was a kid, and sadly it doesn’t work. I’ve always wondered why they don’t fix it? And if they plan on not fixing it, it should technically be retired too. I can only imagine someone’s disappointment who chooses it only for it not to work. My priorities on POTM prizes has always been amazing seed packs.
I really like the new items, especially the kitchen stuff — I’m always on the lookout for things that can be put on tables and counters.

I guess this means that the Balloon Blower will never ever be fixed now that it’s retiring – I am very disappointed that so many items remain broken. I have a couple on different accounts and while they do blow up balloons, the balloons are just gray, not the vibrant colors they used to be – and the snow machine is still broken. If there are no plans to repair these items, I really wish Ganz would just say so. That being said, I really like the new Prize Pool items – I just hope they won’t take too long to win. The three new P of the M prizes are fantastic, the new Seeds are my favorite.
Thank you for the notice of what is retiring and the new prizes! But, why not retire things that do not work instead – like the snow machine and the moving picture machine?! Or will they ever be fixed?
Awesome new prizes! So glad I got the POTM special last year! Hope Ganz offers it again this year!
So nice to see that NEW prizes will finally be added for the Webkinz Prize Pool and the Pet of the Month Prize. I have picked at least 3-4 of every one of the prizes from the POM pool. Having new prizes to choose from is fantastic. I love the NEW Fancy Casserole Dish, Rainbow Welcome Mat and Toaster. I have already reserved a spot in my Rainbow room for the Rainbow Welcome Mat hopefully it doesn’t take too long to get. I am sad to see the Rocky Shores Lighthouse is going to be retired from the Pet of the Month prize it has always been my favourite prize to get, I love using it or seeing it in room designs. I wish I had the pet of the month which I needed to adopt before this is gone. I must say the NEW prizes that are going to be added for the Pet of the Month are the best. I am looking forward to get the Dogbeard’s Parade Float, Grand Grotto Wallpaper and the Goody Gumdrops Tree. With my next POM adoption the first prize that I will be getting is the Goody Gumdrops Tree. I want several of these they will look great in so many rooms. I am looking forward to the update.
That’s good, I have a number of pet of the month boxes, so will get the balloon blower now and the new ones later. The snow blowing machine doesn’t work, please can you fix it, I was so disappointed when I got it.
