Yes, it is the PSI of the Noble Elk. It goes with the Noble Elf theme that came out in Sept. 2019 which is listed under ‘Mini Themes’ in the Estore. I hope this helps! :-)

Royal Fountain is the Majestic tiger’s pet item. I also have the Rockerz Fountain in my music room.
All of these fountains are really cool! The only one i have is the Rockerz one though.
