Webkinz Mobile App UPDATE!

 

We’ve just updated the Webkinz mobile app with a few new features!

 

 

BIG NEWS! Floating prizes have been added to the Webkinz mobile app! Watch for the icon to go floating by on your screen, then just tap it and win!

 

Our next big floaty event arrives June 19th with the 2017 Berry Festival.

 


Here’s a look at some of the other things we’ve updated:

 

  • Ability to open and read in-room books added
  • Technical update to pet room walls and floors
  • Counter added to Dress Your Pet outfits
  • Various other bug fixes

    Just a question about app on phone. Are you allowed to do the Wheel of WOW on both Webkinz .com and phone app both on same day? Anybody know?

    I’m having the same problems. I also can’t do any of my extra classes at the Webkinz Academy. Every time I try to do my extra class I get a “plug in” error. I also get the same error message after a lot of the games. Frustrating….

    My favorite game “Goober’s Atomic Lab” still is not working right. It logs me off everytime I play it on my phone.

    This is awesome! I really enjoy certain floaty-cliky events. In the future updates, I would really love to have the Curio Shop as an icon, but you’re probably already planning it as we speak! Keep it up!

    Why does my Webkinz Pop – Up to play say ‘www3.webkinz.com’, not ‘www.webkinz.com’? I won’t play until I know why, because there may be a glitch, and that’s not normal.

      It’s also blocking my Flash Player, even though nothing’s wrong with it. What’s going on here..?

        Alrighty, after an hour of trying, I can’t log in at all. I can in Firefox, but it slows my computer down and force closes Webkinz. Ganz, please fix this because if I can’t get on, it’ll take ages to fill all 15 of my pets’ hears again. Thanks, – PrettyPikachu

          I’m having the same issues and the problem is not my new computer, & I have installed the latest version of the browsers I use. I’d like ganz to make & keep the regular site running properly before they focus all this effort on mobile. I was unable to play at all last summer, customer support said it was my computer’s fault. It wasn’t. Then, one day everything magically worked again. Please, make the magic happen again! I know you can do it! Go, ganz!

    This has nothing to do with Webkinz Mobile App. I am commenting here as there is not a current Deluxe Appreciation Day posting. Why is there no mention of the Deluxe Appreciation Day at Ganz eStore May 24th ONLY for a FREE GIFT! FREE Dazzling Hairstyle & Bow for Deluxe Members on Webkinz Newz. I feel something important like this should be mentioned on Webkinz Newz to let players know that this FREE GIFT! is available TODAY ONLY.

It’s quite odd that they never posted anything regarding that… I don’t visit the estore very often, and if you had not told us, I would’ve missed out. Thank you again! I (and I’m sure many of us other deluxe members) really appreciate it!

        So glad I caught this. Thanks! And no idea why I even clicked on this post, because the mobile app stuff just depresses me — well, except for the wheel of wow prize differences, and that infuriates me instead.

      If the E-store lets you log in to claim.. I have five deluxe memberships and two E-store accounts and the Ganz E-store won’t let me log in..

        ~dune456~ did you try different browsers? I’ve been having trouble logging into e-store from Chrome, but I can on Firefox. About one month ago something changed about security settings, and now it will often say that my log-in is not secure. Hopefully the techie crew can beef up security. I wish I’d seen these messages yesterday, as I missed the free gift.
