We’ve found a bug with the Toy Chase in Webkinz Next. To make up for the inconvenience, we’ve extended the Toy Chase to December 29th. This way you’ll still be able to collect plenty of holiday toys!
As you continue to participate in the Toy Chase, please be mindful of the following bug:
Currently, when users play a game in the arcade and then return to Kinzville to collect Toy Balls, they cannot see any of the fallen Toy Balls.
To avoid the bug, please collect your Toy Balls first or log out and back in after playing in the arcade to continue collecting Toy Balls.
We are sorry for the inconvenience. But, now you can collect falling Toy Balls in Kinzville until December 29th.

I suggest next year we can trade three of the same toy for a different toy of choice. Each year three, four & even five of the same random toy. Not as fun as it could be. The new prizes are great… if we can win one.

It’s a nice gesture but it’s too late. I play for the fun and to eliminate stress-this wasn’t either. I gave up on this event and have no desire to try again. Thanks for extending the deadline for those who are interested.
I have not been able to collect enough balls for even 1 toy yet. It has been very frustrating to say the least.

Oh please, do not blame seeing only 2-6 balls drop at a time on having been in the arcade. We all have been logging out and back in and still getting only 2-6 balls that we can actually collect. We do not have time for this. I’m going to again plead for you to do the following 1. let more balls drop at a time 2. restrict the area in which they fall if we can’t go out of bounds, clearly they shouldn’t be able to either 3. let us pick our prizes and 4. to be petty can you please change the color of the ball to red or something that will stand out from the background better. You have a lot of unhappy customers who are going to see right through this excuse.
Oh yeah, I agree. It takes forever, and by the time they fall.. “No connection” (because I was busy doing something else)
Totally agree. I have sat there from first logging in for over 20 minutes and got nothing. Logged back in and still nothing. More should drop, they should be every 10 minutes max and not go out of bounds. I want to choose my prize, not have to spend ages trying to get enough balls. Surely, as this is a children’s game, they should not be encouraged to spend hours sat gazing at a computer screen when they could be out socialising with friends and family.
4. Yes please! LOL, I have clicked on many green/white hats on pets thinking they were balls!
