I’m unable to insert tokens at the Wish Factory. It has been that way for a long time. I keep accumulating tokens in my already overloaded dock. The last time I tried to load a token, I left it for a full hour, checking on it every few minutes as I worked on something else. I had to log out, as I am unable to access any other part of WW. I hope this can be fixed. Thanks to all the hard-working staff.
I hope we can see some of the retired room themes come back, like the lily frog theme and some of the older holiday ones like country side Christmas, home for the Holidays and so on, I am deftly going to do early access.

I cannot log in to Webkinz Classic and am getting the same “Unauthorized attempt” message as everyone else.
We are getting that “unauthorized attempt” message, too. Please repair this! We all need our Webkinz Classic fix! In regards to the bugs, please repair the Pet of the Month Exclusives that do not work, especially the Stellar Star Blaster, the Frosty Snow Making Machine, and the Air Hockey Arcade Unit. Thanks! Very excited about the new browser-based Classic!

I too am excited for WebkinzClassic to return to the browser and no longer need the app! A transition time that we can play on both versions is a great idea until all features are written into the browser and until most the bugs are worked out. Another great idea I appreciate, is giving us players this post dedicated to reporting bugs. Thank you for all your hard work on all of this, I’m really looking forward to it!
I’m having the same issue, this morning I tried to log in but I get the unauthorized access error message. I need to get logged in to tend to my pets, I hope this is fixed soon!
Update – I can’t log in on my iMac desktop but my iPad version works. At least I am able to get all my pets fed and cared for to keep my family score going.
