Hello Webkinz Newz readers, Ella McWoof here as your official Webkinz Votes 2018 reporter. It’s an election year in Kinzville and together, we will be deciding who should become the mayor. Of course, mayor Quincy Quack is up for re-election so, it’s possible we’ll see him serving a second term or Sophie Stockwell, PJ Collie or Dex Dangerous may take over as Kinzville’s new leader.
To help you decide who to vote for, throughout the month of November, you’ll be able to meet each mayoral candidate in the Kinzville Park and pick up some rare election prizes! Each candidate will also be releasing a speech when they appear in the park, that will reveal their campaign promises.
Sophie, Dex, PJ and Dr. Quack will be appearing for 5 days in the park, and the first time you click on them each day, you’ll be awarded a gift box containing one of three prizes. There is a campaign sign, plushy and cap to collect that you can wear proudly to support your favorite candidate.
Here’s a look at each candidate, when you’ll be able to meet them and an image of each prize:
Remember, you’ll want to read each candidate’s speech to find out their campaign promises which will help you decide who to vote for. Speeches will be published on Webkinz Newz when each candidate appears in the park.
Voting will take place, right here on Webkinz Newz, from November 29th – December 2nd. You can only vote once, and we will be publishing the election results on Monday, December 3rd.

I know this is off topic but could some one please tell me what event got us the Tawny Dog Dress? I’m trying to figure out how I missed it :(
rsprang…I’m almost sure the Tawny Dog Dress was a Customer Appreciation Day Giveaway at the eStore back in September or so. So sorry you missed it.
Yes the Tawny Dog Dress and other items are only offered for one day each month. The day varies each time and yes, you log onto eStore and add it to shopping cart and check out and it costs nothing that one day only.
By other items I meant one different item is offered for free each month. For November they gave Tawny Dog Shoes. The Tawny Dog Dress was October. September was Tawny Dog Ears which I missed.
I can’t wait you see what these candidates might bring. If one of them adds the ability to move doors in Webkinz, I am so voting for them. I have to many holes in my house, so my door does in mess up the wallpaper. If not, Dr. Quack is always trustworthy. :D
I’m with you! Moving/deleting doors and/or changing room sizes or deleting or moving rooms would definitely get my vote!

If we had the option of getting rid of doors completely that would be great. They just mess up decorating the room. I do not use them anyways. I do not go to the room right next to the one I am in anyways.
I completely agree and will definitely vote for the candidate, whoever it may be, who promises a “turn off the doors” feature for our rooms. The 2 forward wall doors disappear already when you switch to edit to do room decorating. Don’t see why they can’t all disappear if the designer wishes it!
